Ok folks, here it is. Had a problem with the zforce. Went out for a rain ride and started hearing squeaking coming from suspension. I found a rock and rode one front tire up on it to allow the other to "hang" and checked it for tightness. Holy A-Arm movement! Bushings were shot. Called the stealer (alpha sports) they want 21.60 for each bushing! I myswell trade it in for that kinda repair (lol) so I ordered RZR's conversion ( way less money and way better material you can find in the how to's part of this forum I believe it was NMK that posted it.
I will be changing these over:

While I was out voyaging around I stopped for a stretch break and lone and behold.. flat tire left front. I'm running interco sniper mud tires in a 27" and left front with no air (8ply) I had to limp out of a trail 3miles to be able to meet my wife and load the buggy up on the trailer. While driving slow out of the woods I had to back up on a hill. Snap went my my axle.
Man...talk about some bad luck...which axle? the one with the flat tire? Oh and by the way the RzR bushings are doing very well...in fact I found my right front uppers are now shot so..I just happen to have a set of ASRs for them..:)

Sweet! Crazy enough it was the one that had air in it. The tire that was flat didn't have any traction. The tire with air in it took the beating.( held all the load ) I was in 4x4.

What did you use for washers to build out the gap between the bushings and mounts? I noticed that the bushings I have aren't as thick as the OE.
The OE's are t cheap I was astonished when I received the price. I love right up the street from alpha sports. We should all try to get a serious discount from him as forum users.
Naturally he could benefit from it. Just a thought!

BTW... I ordered the super atv high clearance a-arm kit... it doesn't fit. lol i called them and they said it would. I had to at least try. Good news is in talking with Super atv.. I now have them working on making a set of high clearance a arms for the 53" model *thumbs up* I'll let you all know when there ready I'll post some pics and I'm sure a lot of you will want a set.

Cool...well I'll remember not to be in 4wd if I ever have to limp out of the woods with a front flat...lol

You know..I didn't realize the shoulders were narrower but I did notice they didn't set flat against the a-arm...that's why I filed-off the inside sweep so it would like the OEs did. I usually put wear-washers on all mine so I had to take even a little more off the shoulders but just a little at a time to get the right fit. Just a plain washer, polished-up a little, with the center drilled so the sleeve would slide through. It's in one of the videos. I may..order some copper or brass washers that fit cause it looks like the steel is still wearing on the bushing end as much as the mounts were...at least that right front is..the rest are not.

All I remember is the OD of the washer was about the same as the bushing end and the ID was close but had to be drilled-out for the sleeve to fit through. The thickness was...well as thin as I could get them.

Check the actual fit first with the bushings in the a-arms and the sleeve in and in between the mounts. You want the mounts to bare pressure on the sleeve, not the bushings...at all. Just don't want any play back and forth. You can always sand material off the bushing ends but...can't put it back on...lol And if they don't fit tight..have to glue them. PITA but worth it.

I think I had to drill the washers out to 5/8" and if so..I think I want to change them out to brass because that's a better material for this application. If that's the size of the ID, then these would be the ones but...I want a better deal then this cause I need a bunch.

Post up your make, model, mileage, and problems to date here! Every forum has one of these threads, where everyone compares mileage, problems had. So post em up! Pics of your ride to spice it up always helps!

2016 zforce 800 trail. 540miles. So far it has been nice. First issue the 4x4 button was no good but was replaced under warranty. One of the grease fittings broke but was replaced but had another one break since. Be careful when grease I had a hard time removing the fitting without breaking it. Besides that it was been a great machine except the trail model has bad suspension in the rear. My only real sport is that the motor seems to make a squeaking type rattle almost like there's a can knocking around in it.maybe it's just the way the motor sounds but my ace has a much quieter not rattling sound to it. Has anyone else had this issue?

Mine too. Thought I had a rod knock but must be the wet clutch or something. The other noise mine did that sounded serious was the heat shield rubbing on one of the exhaust springs..only did it when hot and sounded like the engine was coming apart. Found it and fixed with a BF screwdriver. :)

Yah, I've busted up a few grease fittings, they are very tight. You have to loosen the grease gun fitting so it's hand tight, then you can loosen it a little to remove the gun from the fitting.

My z800 lost the power steering yesterday. The eps is flashing on and off when running. just passed 210 miles..  Have not contacted dealer yet.
