Orientation in modest engines.
« on: May 03, 2023, 05:29:31 AM »
When in doubt about which ATV Cf Moto to buy, I will put you in the background of the use to which it will be intended,so you can guide me better.

The use will be occasional on weekends for maintenance on a 15,000 square meter farm with a forest, it will tow tree trunks, tools, and there will be areas with unevenness and narrow passages. It will not have sports or leisure use, and i prefer a short ATV than the large model, i will carry passenger in an anecdotal situation.

My main doubts are whether the 450 engine is enough for these jobs, and whether the EPS is also, or is not, essential. I give priority to the atv not involving a significant outlay, because in that case I would opt for another type of vehicle.

I have a lot of experience experience with enduro bikes, engines 4T, , and i hope do the correct maintenance, i have tools and some mechanical knowledge. Also, i have a dealer 12km from my house. And i see in the forum that the mecanical problems of CF Moto, if is not intensive or heavy sport use, and the maintenance is correct, are assumable.

Thank you very much.

Information on the next step in engines is also appreciated, the 520 and 625, the latter, according to what I have been told, disappear from the catalog and have a good price in the last units.

Ojalá ahora me haya expresado mejor... ;) ;)

Thanks for the advice. I'll do it as you indicate, it's probably easier.

It would be interesting for me to find opinions from users of the 450 and 625 engines in ATVs, especially those opinions where they can tell me about the reliability problems (if there have been any), and where they can guide me as to whether these engines have the power Enough for towing and maintenance on a private estate.

An important aspect for me is whether EPS is worth it in these cases, I don't know if it is a reliable system or over time it ends up causing problems.

The use will be intended only for specific jobs (not every day), nor for leisure routes or fun.

Hopefully now I have expressed myself better... ;) ;)
