I own a 2019 800XC and I have been really happy with it. It did experience the "hot stall" issue that the dealer resolved by bypassing something in the EVAP system (there are numerous posts about this process). The problem has not come back. I have about 550 miles on it so far. I will say that although the automotive paint looks fantastic, it does scratch easily and the first fenders I had on the machine cracked when it was tipped over onto it's side. I have since replaced the fenders and had them bend pretty severely on a log with no cracking. One minor scratch because I had covered all of the outside parts of the fenders with 3M clear bra material. The material was basically destroyed, but peeled right off and the paint was fine. It has gobs of power (for my type of riding, which is mountain trails). The power steering is something that I have really come to appreciate. The only thing I have had a hard time adjusting to is the gear selector being on the left side and the handlebar brake being only for the front brakes and it's on the right side vs my Polaris which is on the left and does all 3 brakes, the foot pedal is for all 4 on the 800XC. hopefully other readers / riders with more experience and higher mileage on their machines will chime in and give you more info.
