Been using our beloved 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO for many years to get us around with tools, feed, and other farm work. Each winter it has plowed us out of just about anything north central WA winters have thrown at us. Problem is I'm going to be 70 this year and riding around in the open with temps in the teens and plowing 4,000 of gravel driveway is getting tougher.
So we've been looking for a strictly utilitarian UTV. No need for trail riding, no need for beverage cups, no bluetooth speaker systems. Just a good solid vehicle with a full cab, something that I can hook a snow plow system to that will handle up to 8 to 12" of snow once every few years but mostly 4 to 6" at a time. Probably my last buy and I'd like something reliable with some longevity, not too hard to find parts for and that I can do a fair amount of the maintenance. Stumbled across CFMoto as I've been researching the better known UTVs and it looked like something worth considering.
Does anyone have experience with using either the Uforce 800 or 1000 the way we would want to use them? Thanks.
For a Cfmoto the Uforce 1000 is the way to go they do have a full factory cab with heater an wiper available the 2022 also has a work mode switch
I plow 12 to 20 inches of snow with mine an no issues
I use it to haul fire wood an tow a lil trailer
The jerky clutches may turn you off but they can be adjusted for cheap an just a lil time
Find yourself a local dealer or 2 if possible an ask anyone you see driving one how the dealer is
That will make or break your experience with Cfmoto
in my opinion
I have a great dealer an no issue hasn’t been addressed instantly
No matter how small an there hasn’t been many
been a Lot more with my Polaris
There are 3 other dealers within 30-45 mins from me an all out one have been great
A ranger was my first choice but my 1 local dealer an hour away is horrible to deal with an the price was much more then I wanted to spend
Head to your local dealer
Get in one a drive it !
You just might take one home lol
