What's the latest on Super ATV getting a Z10?
« on: September 27, 2024, 08:35:56 PM »
We noticed at least two aftermarket suppliers granted the right to show off both the cars and their own Z!0 accessories at the Sand Show.
Where do you folks fit in to all of this and when?
Thank you.

We're first on the list at our local dealer, but we still don't have an exact eta.  I'm hoping we'll have one here in the shop by late October.  I'm pretty sure that's when they will start hitting the dealer lots.

I hope that you guys get one long before the rest of us yet the dealers must be telling customers a whole different story. The latest from at least one poster on the net is a January order date for dealers with deliveries (for the first batch only of 6 cars for each) stretching out in to at least March or April of 2025 (later?).
This would really screw the aftermarket suppliers yet be great for their add ons to be stocked/readily available or already delivered at launch. Zero options elsewhere for the high margin items needing a car in house; plenty for the piddly stuff that they don't care as much about anyways.
I hope that they change their mind and partner with you guys before then as not much is driving the buzz on this car now.

Yeah, I wish the manufacturers would work with us on advanced releases for new machines, but they usually see us as a competitor to their existing OEM upgrades.  So...alas, we have to wait for our dealer just like everybody else.

Still no good eta from our dealer.

Thanks for getting back to us. We also appreciate that you aren't hearing any more on deliveries or even initial dealer orders than we are; especially with all  this 'ban' hullabaloo affecting dealers similarly.
Very frustrating for those of us with deposits down on both counts.
Even more we're sure for those with a financial stake in the release.`
Hard to believe that nobody knows anything...

We have 3 or 4 dealers ready to call us when they get one.  They are saying December is probably the best case scenario...but then again, they don't even know for sure.  Could be after.

Thanks for that. I guess that we'll all just have to see if they are playing some kind of game with different dealers based on who knows what criteria or if certain dealers are simply lying to some of us so that all of first allocation goes to their 'better' customers and at least one sits on the floor (never saw that happen).
Pretty laughable to have the guarantee from everyone(?) that nobody can order anything to at least December or January...with units then immediately arriving to 'who knows' the very next day.
Will definitely look at you guys first for simple being honest and open given the secretive ridiculousness at play presently.
