As for the 53" model I am unsure it will work on that model. We have not yet had one in the shop to try anything on.
Thanks Tyler...I'm pretty sure that I won't be the only one who is going to want a few upgrades specifically for the Z 800 53". A lift kit is one as the vehicle is very low, mud guards for the rear and any other things that you fellows can come up with!
The issue with lifting the ZForce 800 (they are 51.5", not 53") is the already low shock travel. If you look at the shock shaft, you have about 1.5-2" of travel. Thats it. How ever, if you look at the body of the shock, its very tall. I have pointed this out to CFMoto and hope they redesign the shocks on these to allow more suspension travel and help with them being so stiff.
If youre going to lift and ad fenders to the ZForce 800, why not just go with an EX? Lifting it and adding the fenders will widen it, which defeats the purpose of it being narrow for the trails.
