Nice job Jason...at least I know what the spacers look like now. Do you happen to know for certain that these can be used on the Z 800 53" without any problems?

I'd defer to @SuperATV for the official word on the 53" model because I'm not sure.

Great video Jason, thank you for taking the time to do that for the fellow members.

As for the 53" model I am unsure it will work on that model. We have not yet had one in the shop to try anything on.

Thanks Tyler...I'm pretty sure that I won't be the only one who is going to want a few upgrades specifically for the Z 800 53". A lift kit is one as the vehicle is very low, mud guards for the rear and any other things that you fellows can come up with! ;D ;)

Looks great.
Any plans in the works for a bigger lift on the zforce?
Maybe a 5 or 6"

The issue with lifting the ZForce 800 (they are 51.5", not 53") is the already low shock travel. If you look at the shock shaft, you have about 1.5-2" of travel. Thats it. How ever, if you look at the body of the shock, its very tall. I have pointed this out to CFMoto and hope they redesign the shocks on these to allow more suspension travel and help with them being so stiff.

If youre going to lift and ad fenders to the ZForce 800, why not just go with an EX? Lifting it and  adding the fenders will widen it, which defeats the purpose of it being narrow for the trails.

Only trouble with the EX, ... it would be too wide for the ramp on my trailer! My tires would probably be 3/4's hanging over the edge of the ramp! :'(

Lol time to buy a new trailer ramp.
My trailer is 60" wide and 8' long.
My ex is right at 59 1/2" wide and with it in between the frame rails and up against the front, the rear tires bairly center on the tail of the trailer. Lol
It works, but I am gonna get a bigger trailer soon

Another question I had about the 2" lift.
How is it different then just threading the shock adjusters down 2"?

It's not really. It's just a pre-load lift.
True lift should leave the shock alone to do it's job.
