Hey everyone, I know the site was down pretty much all day.  I've been working with MyWindowsHosting to try and get things more stable.

We've got some additional development in the works at the moment, too that should be pretty good stuff.  Sorry for the delay for today, though.

Might I offer a suggestion? Adding a Content Delivery Network (CDN) in front of the site will alleviate some of stress on the web server. A CDN caches reusable objects geographically closer to the end user and loads them from there instead of loading from the web server every time. They can also include security features as well and keep some parts of websites up while they are down.

I recommend Cloud Flare, they offer a free tier that is easy to setup. All of my clients I setup with a CDN and use either CloudFlare, EdgeCast or Akamai.
