That being a general certificate of conformity for CFM itself, not specifically for that machine, I am unsure of it's value to your needs. Units sent and sold in the US don't get Unit COCs. I suggest consult your MVD.

I imported an ATV/UTV from a distributor in the USA... it's legal to drive in Europe, I only have to register it in Portugal.
I asked for the COC and they sent me this (attached), is it of any use?
