the adjustment on the outside of the casing had never touched the ring gear on mine.
maybe it was never set correctly.

the weld penetration is bad.
it would slip under load.
sounded like slipping gears.

I got the u force 800 in late September month and assembled it and on the 7th October 2016 I started it and sent pictures for my fake 1 year warranty.
I put on 500km for the break in period and done its first service.
I then loaded a tent and braai and some extra fuel on the cf for a 200km camping trip and on route a had a hill witch I easily climb with a rhino 660 the cf had this gear slipping noise and thought it probably not selected gear correctly and carried on.
it got worse and a contacted the guy I purchased it from and never replied and I even emailed cf moto china with no respond.
I then sadly had no choice but to trouble shoot and I removed engine.
pulled it apart and found a supplier on Aliexpress with parts to reassemble like gaskets main bearings ect.

I hope I get it running correctly again.
I machined up all the tools like pullers and stuff to strip engine as I own my own engineering business.
please check my clips on you tube of the problems I have.
thank you for all the responses.

my next step is to remove rear diff to see if pinion gear hasn't cracked the casings inside flexing away from crown wheel.
so sad but true. :'(
I think i'm the first to import the u force into south Africa.
also the (Henry Wang from tunemout) who I got it from gave me fake1 year fake warranty.

it also does it in 2x4 high, low, reverse but then you have really put your foot down.
I have redone the motor and found that the selector drum path for the shift forks are machined away and the shift fork is kept in gear by springs so I made a new shift drum but I still have this clicking or gear slipping noise as before.

I have removed the rear drive shaft and tested in 4x4 and the front wheels just spin but no slipping noise
in high,low,reverse.
has anyone had rear diff problems?
I have checked diff oils for signs of metal shavings but only see a little amounts on drain plug.
I have about 900km on the clock.
