I will be a lot more careful how I put those plastic push rivets back in from now on. I bought that plastic rivet remover pliers from Harbor Freight and they are a breeze to get out. But the rivets have to be turned correctly to be able to grab them with the pliers. Got the rear turn signals kind of working. I bought a non-powered trailer converter from the local auto store and they work but only flash once on the back for two flashes on the front. Will probably looked for a powered converter and install that this winter. Had the plastics all off on the back, will be much easier to do the second time. Checked the valve adjustment while I had the plastics off, glad I did. The front cylinder had one of the exhaust valves out of adjustment on the minimum clearance side.

I just installed these two parts and the switch for 4-way flashers in my 2022 Zforce 950 HO EX and they work just fine however, flash a little faster than I would like. The 4-way switch part number is 5ASV-169070-6001. Local dealer said flasher was not available, but I got it online. There were only three open connectors, and I connected the turn switch to the top connector, the 4-way switch to the bottom connector and the large connector hanging by the ESP motor to the flasher. I didn't see where to mount the flasher, one comment I read said you must buy a bracket to mount it. I just tied it onto the wire bundle above the ESP motor until I find it. I got the parts from ttmotorsports.com. The switches were a little cheaper that curren and I didn't have to pay the extra $12.00 they want for shipping insurance. Got them very quickly. Oh, still fronts only, need to look into the back lights now.

I bought that horn kit from Curren RV. Finally got it installed and works great now. I had to call CRV about that connector, the two round parts in your picture are part of a cover over the square connector. In your picture to the right of your round parts is the finger that holds the two connector parts together. Pry that finger slightly away from the round piece and then you can take needle nose pliers and pull the round part out of the connector. The jumper in the other picture will then slip right into the that connector that you have the picture of. The most difficult part was getting the bolt that holds the horn bracket screwed into it's mounting plate. I ended up cutting a slot into the horn bracket and then slipping it under the bolt. No room for two hands under there. They must assemble the horn to the frame then the plastic body pieces, on those machines that come with a horn. Hope this helps someone.

Moved up from a 2021 Zforce 800 trail to now a 2022 Zforce 950 HO EX. So much more comfortable and not as tippy. Rode a couple of trails out by Cedro Peak near Albuquerque Monday and I thought it handled the rocky trails very well. Have added a windshield and doors, need to block that heat from the radiator so looking at that. Would you send the link for the wiring diagram? Need to add turn signals and horn. Thank you
