Rotational squeaks most often come from brake pads to rotors. If it stops or greatly changes when applying the brakes, this confirms it and CFM is legendary for squeaking brakes. Sanding and adding chamfers to the leading and trailing edges as well as anti-squeak to the pad backs helps. Making sure the slides are free and that the brakes are fully released is also something to check. Other causes of rotational squeaks are wheel bearings and in some cases, CV joints and their boots. Non-rotational, or squeaking that happens while riding and just working the suspension is most often from dry shock eyes or ends. Of course dry a-arms can also squeak.
Thank you for the help, I'll check out the brakes this weekend.

I ordered a snow plow from KTM and came with a mounting plate designed to fit my 600, no drilling no u bolts. I'd check them for your 500.

General Discussion / Squeaking wheels

Back in September I bought a 2022 CForce 400 and 2022 CForce 600, the 400 has a squeak coming from the left front and the 600 has a squeak coming from the right rear. When I took them in for the first service the dealership told me that the squeak would go away, now 6 months and a few hundred miles later the squeaks are still there not any worse but not any better. Any suggestions?
