It's made by XY Powersports or Xingyang, I can locate manuals and wiring diagrams for the XY1100GK. Just nothing on the XY600GKE is all.

The issue with removing the speed sensor (which when tested, passes), allows the machine to operating as intended makes it even odder. Could there be a child safety, seatbelt safety, or 4x4 L that prevents the machine from moving faster than 15 mph when switched? I mean the manual you provided has the exact engine, but the wiring is slightly different.

I'm starting to wonder if this thing is wired incorrectly.

Anyone happen to know where I can find a wiring diagram or schematics for this machine?  XY600GKE also sold under the following names:  Chironex, Komodo, Groundpounder.... ect.

Heck, I couldn't even find the owners manual.

It's an XY 600 GKE, or otherwise Ground Pounder

NMKawierider......it's been a while do to other things around the office/home.

However, I do have an update. I bench tested the O2 sensor, throttle sensor, pulled and tested the injector, map sensor seems good. I disconnected the speed sensor, unfortunately have no odometer for the moment. The darn thing runs like a champ without it connected though. So either the speed sensor is bad, or something with the wiring with it is. Trying to find a wiring diagram or parts diagram, is harder to find than woodpecker lips!

General Discussion / Re: XY600GKE CFMoto engine questions

Well after searching for a replacement TPS, getting it installed and such. I'm still having the same issue. I can drive around so long as I don't give it to much gas. The moment I give it to much, it starts to sputter and die.

At this point, I'm thinking I need a new engine. Any recommendations?

Well sorry for the late reply, been extremely busy around the house and just got time to doing personal things.

I was able to suspend all 4 tires off the ground, and unfortunately I get the same results. In neutral I can rev it with no issues, when I shift to High or Low I can slowly drive it around. When I step on the gas to go faster it will stall out and die unless I take my foot off the gas.

Honestly haven't thought about that, I'll give that a try this week and see what happens.

NMKawierider thanks for the manual, it has a lot of information on the engine I couldn't find elsewhere.

The fuel pressure is running at 52 psi at the moment, at one point before I added the new fuel filter it was at 60. Either way, I'm still experiencing the same issue, nor could I find anything in any manual stating what the exact pressure was required to be. I've checked the Air, CO2 sensors and the exhaust, everything seems to be functioning normal and nothing clogged. I've even torn apart the throttle body and properly secured screws that were loose. She idles like a champ, I can even rev her up while she is in Neutral. The moment I stick her in H or L and step on that gas though, she dies out on me like she is starving for fuel.

I know I'm missing or overlooking something. Is it possible that the fuel cell has an automatic shut off if the darn thing thinks it's low on fuel?

Fuel pressure from the pump.......I'll have to test it. I do know that it was enough to be spitting all over like a running faucet when I first started it up. The hose clamp wasn't tightened enough.

NMKawierider. Thank you very much, that is definitely the exact same engine in your manual. I've been searching for something, anything for manuals on this machine only finding the 1100GKE or the 500UE and even though the 1100GKE looks like it, the engine is definitely not it. Hopefully using that I can get it functioning again. It's a great little beast when I first purchased it. I didn't get to use it over the last several months and now the issues have begun.

I take it, finding parts for the engine, or even the machine are going to be few and far between?

General Discussion / XY600GKE CFMoto engine questions

New member here, sorry if anyone has discussed this topic before however I have not located any answers to what I am looking for specifically.

I purchased a 2013 XY600GKE and I'm having some issues with the engine. Funny thing is it has an engine cover that says CFMOTO, I just can't see what size engine or what one, and yes it is fuel injected (0 280 156 319 is the injector number). Anyways, I have it running, and runs just fine in idle or if I rev it up. When I put it in H or L and drive around that's where the issue arises. Driving at a slow rate I am fine, and drive down to the store and back if I want, but when I step on the gas to go fast it almost dies out on me, kinda like a hiccup. I know it's not getting enough fuel, I've luckily found a new fuel filter, added a regulator and replaced the fuel injector even. Heck, I even by passed everything and when straight from the fuel pump to the fuel injector and it still does the same. Does anyone happen to know what is going on, or do I just have to say duck it and find an american engine that will fit?
