Got my 3018-8 24g Dr.Pulley sliding roller weights today!

Slapped them into my variator and away we go.

These plus having my secondary clutch set at B2 should be lots of fun. ,,,snp...

Is this the set you put in?  I have a screen shot of the parts.  Is it Classic or Euro style?

Curious,   thanks in advance reply.

Yes that's the set I put in but I did the euro style because I like the colour of the black ones better lol

Has anyone else use these in their machines long term?

Here's an explanation of how they work from the Dr.Pulley website:

Finally got around to finding and reinstalling my cargo net I took it off 5 years ago and for the life of me I can't remember why...

I think this is the greatest upgrade I've done to my machine, it maybe just a simple little fix but this is going to save me so much time and frustration.

I don't know about other machines but to reach these nipples because I don't have a 90° nipple on the end of my grease gun took forever. I had to pull my rear tires, rotor rock guard and unbolt the rotor to move them out of the way enough to grease all 4 of these guys.

Worth all the bullshit today.

It's a messy picture, but does the job.

Clean install!!! Looks really good that way!! Did you use just a regular drill bit or a specially drill bit to drill the plexiglass?

May 25, 2022, 02:47:57 PM
Bought this axle by mistake for my side by side (2015 Zforce 800 EX) they wouldn't take it back because I'm in Canada.

Brand new, never used, never installed. Doesn't fit on my machine at all lol

Photos of the axle below (original packaging included) url of exactly what I bought by mistake from website of purchase lol

Really don't know how much to post it for so make me an offer.

Hey everyone!

My 2015 Zforce 800 EX blew it's OEM turn signal relay so after finding every little information on the internet I figured I'd post about where to find it and how to replace it.

Pull off the front trunk cover.

Undo all the screws around the inner truck plastic the center as a 10mm bolt

            Pull out the plastic trunk

Along the top of what would be the firewall on a car on the left hand side behind the passenger side dash is all the relay and just inside is the turn signal relay.

Pop the old one out and throw the new one in put it all back together and it's good to go!!!

FLASHER, CFMoto OEM - 4020-150340

I found it on this website: https://cfmotousaparts.com/product/flasher-cfmoto-oem-4020-150340/

Wife and I just bought a 2022 800 Trail.  We are long time ATV riders, wife since 2004, I rode my first ATC90 in the 70's.  Have ridden dirt, street, raced VF750's in the 80's, and now I am looking forward to exploring the trails.

Good to meet ya!

Welcome!! Great looking 800, how you guys liking it so far?

For anyone looking to snorkel the front end of the belt box.

I used this left over 3" stretch hose from my air filters I used for my CVT rear end snorkel and intake snorkel.

I cut the pieces to go from rubber boots to 3" stretch hose from the original CVT snorkel.

Stretch hose didn't really fit behind the plastic but smooshed into place and can't move and that's solved that issue lol

I used the rubber boot from the stock CVT snorkel from the last picture.

Save yourself the time and effort and get a push pin removal tool. They are not expensive and alot of the time you can reuse the pin. Always have some extra  8mm pins around though.

Got this tool off of Amazon!!! Absolutely love it!!!
