2016 Zforce 800 Trail.  Only 340 miles.  Bought December 2017 -cearly havent used it much.

Trying to get it tuned up for the summer and couldn't get it to start. Could jump it and it would run, but if we put in reverse it would stall and wouldnt start again without a jump.  Tested battery and it was toast so now have a new battery.

So it starts right up strong, but instantly cuts out if i let off the gas.  I was able to start it in low and drove it around for about 30  minutes.  Put in park and let off gas - again, instantly stalls.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

My 15 year old son took our SxS out and got it high-centered on an obstacle in a sand pit.  He proceeded to spin the tires enough to just about bury the wheels halfway.  I came to the rescue with some boards and got it out of the hole, but my son had already tried to dig it out with a yard shovel.  The left rear tire was discovered to be completely flat once we got it out of the hole.

I couldn't believe it when I got the wheel off to inspect the tire - the tire itself appears to be completely intact, with no punctures.  But this is what I found on the inside of the wheel:

Needless to say, looks like a rock got inside the wheel, and I'm guessing the sand was enough to hold it in place while the kid spun the tires and it cut a gouge in the wheel all the way around.  I've never seen anything like it before.

My question is - would you recommend I get an exact replacement wheel from CF Moto, or would it really matter if I just got one aftermarket wheel.  I think the tire itself is perfectly fine.  Both seams and the stem look perfect, and no punctures that I can find at this point.  Any suggestions for affordable, but quality replacement wheels?

Thanks a ton!

Is this still available?

I figured it out, even though I'm sure it's not as polished as I would've liked.  It looks good and hopefully will just be the first of many mods.  Here's some pics:

Just got an 2016 Zforce 800 Trail here in southern NH.  My step-son flipped it on it's side in the first hour  >:(  but no harm done, but not the way to start things off.

Trying to get a lightbar wired up today, and honestly having trouble figuring out the wiring locations in this thing - but having fun just the same.  First off road vehicle of any type for us, so looking forward to getting a lot of family fun with it.

Hey all - Just got a 2016 Zforce 800 this week, and am trying to wire up a 33" light bar using a MICTUNING 5 pin rocker switch.  My biggest question so far is what the safest/best way to run the wiring, and whether there's an accessory electrical panel somewhere.  I found the links to the service manual and wiring diagram, but they honestly aren't making this too clear to me so far.  I'd like to wire the lower LED of the rocker switch into the dash lights, but not sure where to tie into the dash wiring to do that.

I was debating if it's worth drilling into the roll bars to run the wires, but think I might just zip tie it for now - anyone have links to a step-by-step guide for the Z800 with pictures - would be a big help!

Thanks!
