I have a 2021 Uforce 600 with 157 miles on it. I have been getting coolant coming out of the clear hose that is under the water pump. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the fix for it? I've already changed out the cheap Chinese coolant with Prestone 50/50 when I installed my heater so it can't be that. Thank you

UForce 600 / Re: 2021 Uforce 600 Speedo and Odometer Just Quit Working

I'm guessing I was doing 10 mph, don't know for sure since speedo isn't working. I'm not sure the reverse speed limiter would affect the speedo working or not.

Well, I'm not 100% sure and their not overly expensive but it's still $125.00. It's not an easy task to try and shoot those 3 very small pins in the harness so that's why I said I'm pretty sure. I guess I was really hoping someone has run across this problem as I don't believe I'm the only one in the Uforce world to experience this issue.

UForce 600 / Re: Acceleration lag

You need an upgraded clutch kit. Look on the Facebook CFMOTO Uforce pages and people talk about them all the time on there. A kit will eliminate the jerkiness from a standstill and will give you better/quicker acceleration.

UForce 600 / 2021 Uforce 600 Speedo and Odometer Just Quit Working
January 26, 2023, 03:15:00 PM
Hello all,
I have a 2021 Uforce 600 with 152 miles that the speedometer and odometer just stopped working yesterday. It appears that when this happened, I cannot get over 10 mph like the governor kicks in and it will bog if I try to step on the throttle over halfway. I have not seen any codes and there are none popping up when I connect my code reader. I am thinking it may be a speed sensor. I have tested it per my maintenance manual I bought, and it appears to be bad but I'm not 100% sure. Anybody have any experience like this or have any ideas? Local dealer cannot get me in until mid-April so I'm trying to fix it myself as I use my machine a lot for ice fishing. Thank you, Bill

I know your post is old but do you have any pics of your engine inline coolant heater? Thank you

General Discussion / UForce Engine Heaters
March 23, 2022, 01:11:13 PM
Has anyone that lives up North figured out how to install an engine block heater for the Uforce machines yet? Self-adhesive oil pan heater won't work because the bottom of the oil pan is ridged and not flat and a lower radiator hose heater won't work because the lower radiator hose doesn't climb upwards enough for the heater to work. I live in North Dakota where we have below zero temps for the majority of the winter and my Uforce 600 doesn't like to start when its -25 out. It will eventually start but takes 2 or 3 times for it to stay running and I know these extreme cold starts are bad on the motor. Thanks

General Discussion / Milky Colored Oil
February 25, 2022, 04:08:02 PM
I have a 2021 Uforce 600 with 29 miles on it. I changed the oil and filter at 20 miles and the oil was a light brown like it should be. I checked it today and my new oil is a milky colored. I live in North Dakota where it's pretty consistently below zero or near zero this time of year. I use my 600 for ice fishing and nothing else (no trail or water riding). I have not used or lost any antifreeze/coolant so I'm 98% sure I don't have oil and antifreeze mixing. I'm thinking I have condensation that builds up in my motor when it's so cold sitting outside. I do store it in my extra garage when I don't plan on using it for a few days but lately its sits on my trailer outside in negative temps since I've been using it every day. Anyone else have this happen from cold weather? I changed my oil again today and will see what it looks like after driving it all day tomorrow. Thanks

General Discussion / UForce 600, 800 or 1000 Engine Heater
February 19, 2022, 06:34:15 AM
Anyone install any kind of engine heater like a lower radiator hose heater in a their Uforce 600, 800 or 1000 machine yet? I have a 2021 Uforce 600 and am contemplating installing one for the consistently negative winter temps we have in North Dakota but would like to see if anyone has done it yet and how it works. Thanks

Engine mounts are all good. I'm thinking as a lot of people have stated that it's just the single cylinder design that makes it so loud. Trying to find maybe a waterproof and high temp sound deadening material I can install under the bed and on the outside of the rear seat panel over the motor.

General Discussion / 2021 Uforce 600

I have a 2021 Uforce 600 with the full cab and hard doors. The noise level inside is absolutely ridiculous to where you have to yell almost scream to talk. I have installed two layers of sound deadening material on the floors, kickboard, completely behind the seats, the storage boxes, and the roof. I even installed an overhead stereo which I cannot hear when I'm driving my 600. I'm at a loss on what to do now. My next move I'm thinking is to install sound deadening material on the rear poly window because it sounds like some of the noise is coming from it but it's not vibrating to the touch when I drive. I've also bought an exhaust pipe silencer to try to see if that helps. I know it's transient vibration that is flowing through something but cannot figure out where. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you
