ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Re: P0174 and fuel leak

Well I have replaced my fuel pump,  speculating that maybe it was damaged when the skid plate was bent. Still having the same issue.

One thing I have just realized is that the temp gauge does not go over one bar.   I had it sitting in my driveway running for 20 min,  only one bar. Could this be causing my issue of not going over 50?    I haven't been able to drive this thing for over 6 months but the dealer isn't very close nor do I have a trailer atm.

Well I finally had some time to work this out.  Looks like my skid plate under the fuel tank was bent up, pushing the fuel tank in and not allowing the fuel pump to sit flat on the bottom of the tank. Got that all bent down back in to place.

However I am still throwing code P0174 so I guess I will need to look at other options. Previously I had a faulty maf sensor throwing this code but it did not stop me from going over 40.

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / P0174 and fuel leak
April 12, 2025, 08:20:40 PM
I'm having a few issue with my 2022 Zforce trail, I'm not sure if it's all related or not but I feel like it is.

first: fuel pump is leaking at the top.  I have had the issue before and was able to tighten the lock ring but this time I took the ring off. When I tried to put it back on my fuel pump will not push down flush with the tank.  The one side closest to the passenger door does not seem to compress enough to sit flush.  So now when I try to put the ring back on it is a pita and usually ends up trying to cross thread.  Makes me wonder if it has always been like this and that's why i have leak issues periodically.  Is there a way to adjust the slider on the pump?

2: I'm getting code p0174.  Would the leak at the top of the fuel pump cause this?

3: the sxs will not go over 40km/hr. This started in January after pulling the kids on sleds in the snow.  Figured there was ice build up so I let it dry out but when I took it out a week later is still would not go over 40 and then threw the p0174 code.

Thanks in advance. 😀

Oh shoot I didn't even notice the yoke but see it now that u mention it.

Yeah I think I am going to take the lift out, it's causing more problems than good.  Kind of regret getting the trail model, not enough clearance for my riding type.

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Steering rack issue
April 14, 2024, 01:49:32 PM
Hey guys,

I'm having an issue where my steering columb is hitting the plastic where it exits the cab past the gas pedal.  I did also notice that my driver side tie rod seems to be coming out an an angle.  I feel like the steering rack need to be replaced but just hoping for some confirmation from the experts. I'm still learning.

I did hit a rock a while back and had to replace the tierod end so I feel this is probably the culprit.

I do have a 2" lift which i realize messes up the angles and adds to the wear.

2022 zforce trail.
Couple pictures attached, one where my Columb is hitting, one of the passenger side tierod and one of driver side.

Thanks

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / P0031, P0132

Hi all.   I'm getting EFI codes P0031 and P0132 on my 2022 zforce 800 trail.

I see it has something to do with the O2 sensor.   Could someone please point me in the correct and location of said sensor.

Still trying to look things up but ppl on here seem to have a lot of knowledge which may save me some time.

Thanks!

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Bushing replacement

Is there a heavey duty replacement for control arm bushings?

I just got my machine back from the shop and they say I have excessive play in my rear lower control arm bushings.  The thing only has 274km on it.... not overly impressed so far.  3 months of owning and had to replace the axle and now bushings....

I definitely regret buying the trail.  I thought the narrow would be nice but I think ex would have been more my style.

Yeah it's broke in the joint.  Highly doubt they will warranty it with a lift and spacers.

So I broke my front passenger side axle on the weekend.   Honestly not sure when it even happened.

Anyways I have a 2022 zforce 800 trail and I'm having trouble finding a replacement.   I can find them for the ex.  Can someone help me out please.

What size and length synthetic rope should I be looking at for the stock winch?  Would love to have more length.

Thanks.   Would you happen to have a pic of what they should look like when installed?  I have guessed but it seems wrong lol.
