I make a start from zero with full pedal and the engine goes up to 7000 rpm and skids, but after a few seconds when the speed goes up the engine drops to 5,500 rpm. I feel as if the belt is slipping or losing grip but I'm not sure because it is Ultimax ua 485 with 500 km. In another case, I'm going on the highway at normal speed and I accelerate at full throttle and the engine does not rev up. It stays stuck above 5000rpm, seems like it's stuck in a higher gear than usual and can't downshift to get higher rpm. No problem.  everything has an easy solution if you know how to do it.  longer bolts and lock nut.  If you need the front or rear differential cover, I have one at home.  I bought one myself to expedite the repair and then the dealer gave me another one.  I have it there at home unused.  reference Q810-310001-10002

good morning friends.  After a delay of 27 days in the workshop I picked up my Zforce Sport.  Very happy and satisfied with my Cfmoto dealer.  They repaired and updated the front and rear differential system, changed differential oils, gearbox oils and engine oil plus filter.  They replaced a new battery with a year and six months for losing intensity and they also replaced two rear bearings.  Super happy with the service and attention given.

the repair is simple you can do it yourself.  you just have to remove the differential, clean it well and insert the longer screws, apply sealant and put the brake nut on the other side.  You should also do the same on the butt.

I recommend you all check your front diffs.  In case of losing a screw, the damage will be serious and out of warranty it will have a high cost.

locked differential problem.  The fault was in the front differential, a ring gear screw came loose and blocked it as well as breaking the differential cover.  Longer bolts with a nut on the end are going to be put in.  and the rear will be disassembled and the same operation will be done.  We think that the guarantee will take care of it because it has had more similar cases.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, a pleasure to collaborate again.  After a long time today I took my zforce 1000 sport to the workshop.  They will solve the connection problem of the electric front differential.  and also the other day I locked the rear differential.  While driving, the rear differential locked and the wheel skidded.  I tried to move backwards or forwards but the maximum travel was one meter.  something must have gone wrong inside.  I will let you know as soon as I have an answer to both problems.

Yesterday I was looking for information in the breakdown of the transmission and I think that piece number 0800-063001 was damaged is the one that has teeth that to block the transmission. It is economical, the expensive thing will be the labor and everything it takes to reach it.
