Thanks again. I got the key-switch apart and cleaned and sealed her up. Only water found in any connections was at the fuel pump.

Took it to a different dealership this time. One more knowledgeable in them. Speed sensor switch is flaking out and the key-switch must've gotten sand/water in it, it's faulty too. Just made the second payment on it and only have driven it twice. So disappointing, but I would NEVER trade for a Polaris!! Claim is getting filed for warranty....

Thank you both @boatfixx and @nmk! I've started this project and only found a couple so far that had any intrusion. Do either of you know how to remove the ignition switch? I assume it's threaded and unscrews? There was much water behind the boot and I was suspecting it may have been a contributor to keeping the lights on with it unpowered. (Engine switch off)

May be a dumb question with the EU/US specs and you may have answered already....what is recommended for a Z950?

My second ride in this brand new baby (2021 ZF950) and problems yet again. I finally got her back from the dealer after 5 weeks of runaround for issues the moment I got her home. Thinking she was all better, I installed the @SYA snorkel kit and hit the swamps. Ever since bringing her home from this second trip, the lights stay on regardless of what I do. I disconnected the battery for a week and let her rest. (After cleaning 6" of mud from the floorboards and cracks and crevices). I hooked up the battery today and the dash flashed 186mph and a fault code P050129. I plugged in a trickle charger and locked her up.
Any ideas? How water worthy are these things? I thought for sure I could fare with the RZRs. I held my own with the HighLifters and kept up with no troubles. All else is stock, even the baby Stag tires. There was nothing they could do that I couldn't and they had the mud/paddle tires and extra 3" in every measurement.
