Its definitly louder, has a nice grumble as well, no spark arrestor as i ride private land and only a few mud parks. I have noticed a slight decrease in driver compartment heat

Got it ficed and running great. After checking fuel pressure and changing fuel filter it was still running like crap.. replaced the brand new plugs and bam... perfection.. all my power is back its running perfect.

Ok ill check it out when i get home.
Should the fuel pump run everytime the key is turned on before starting or not

So the little spark plug lookin light is blinking, not sure if its the check engine light or what as the manual i download up top doesnt give a real good idea of it or how to read codes.

Also. Filter was replaced 6 months ago with a uni 2 stage filter, did plugs, oil change and cleaned fuel pump screen at same time. Bike sat for those 6 montsh with starts here/there to keep it running, went to get on it and ride and started doing what its now doing, ran perfect before this

So if i manipulate the throttle i can keep it running but just barely. If i go full on thumper rabbit it will stay running and finally catch and go wide open but dies

2015 z800 trail. Bike has 225 miles on it and has never gave a lick of issues. Not snorkeled or beat on but has been in mud, nothing past bottom of bike thou. It will start fine and idle perfect then out of no where just dies, if you ride it it will run a lil longer and die while riding, put in park or neutral it revs slow and sounds like its bogging. I have replaced air filter and check fuel pressure which is 1 pound shy of spec. Im stumped. Any help is greatly appreciated
