I put the RZR lift on mine. But I welded the brackets just for some added security. Also reduced the spring rate so got about 1.5 out of it. Couldn't be happier with the ride since. New larger tires in the future when money permits. Before and after pics

Yes I found all the u joints on the steering column were not completely tight. After first ride me wheel was completely upside down with wheels straight. luckily I caught it before it damaged my splines.

Should be able to order from your dealer. And yes the have fronts as well. I have an EX that I removed them from so I'm sure of it. They aren't cheap though. I wrecked the rear one on driver side is why I'm not running them

I'm pretty sure that the 800EX fenders will fit.

General Discussion / Wheel bearing nut size?
August 11, 2021, 05:18:45 AM
I have a 20 Zforce 800 ex eps. I have read on Facebook that a lot of these are not torqued properly. would like to check the torque. Does anyone know what size they are? So I can make sure I can get this done before next ride. I have read that it's supposed to be at 145 lbs. That seems high to me on a wheel bearing. Is that correct as well?

Went rock crawling in the 800 ex this weekend.

For 10 bucks a head it was a blast. Only around 200 acres but loaded with short mud bogs and mild to wild rock crawls. Will definitely be making trip back once I get bigger tires.

I've already done a bracket lift. That's one reason for bigger tires is to fill the wheel wells better

They offer the tire in 9s and 11s like factory. would that be the best route if I want to keep factory wheels. Oh 29 in. 29x9s on front and 29x11s on rear?

Awesome thanks for the info. Any suggestions on a relocation for air intake or snorkel kit?

What's the vent between the seats for? I have assumed for cold air intake but seems like more heat coming out. if it is air intake, if I relocate with a snorkel kit can I cover it with no issues or with other stuff start overheating?

Awesome pictures sure looks like you had a blast. Do you have problems with the hitch bar scratching or bumping the ground?
No bit I have pit the 2 inch RZR lift on it. I did back it into a big rock since it sticks out further than the rear wheels. I actually use the D ring hitch on my truck normally but always stick it in the Zforce when we ride. Never know when I might need a tug or to give a tug haha
