Factory battery is border line especially when cold.
I see some aftermarket kits out there where you put a larger battery under the passenger seat.

I ended up putting the EPI kit WE437748 in my Uforce 1000.
Yesterday it blew the belt after 300 miles on the kit, 650 miles on machine.
It seems to run really hot and melted the pucks that hold the weights in the primary.
Appears to have melted the belt to the clutch sheaves which took a wire wheel to remove.
I did contact EPI, maybe they have updated something since I put this kit in.
I also ordered higher temp nylon pucks.

Couldn't a person just hold the brake or set the brake to tighten the nut on the secondary while on the machine?

I'm not quite following what you are trying to achieve, but I did put a clutch kit in my U=force 1000 with this tool I made.

Thanks not sure if I will use anything or not. I used to use Sea-foam in the snowmobile ALL the time when we lived in Minnesota but that was also using NON-OXY premium gas for the two stroke, which is not available here in Arizona. Still put premium in the SxS though even though it's a four stroke and don't need it .
I have 7 fuel injected snowmobiles, 2 and 4 stroke, I use the Lucas as mentioned in my previous post in all of them during storage etc.

Has anybody used fuel additives, or injector cleaner like Seafoam or other brand's occasionally ?
Just curious.
I have had great luck with Lucas injector cleaner and conditioner, available at Walmart;

So no water ...one thing checked-off. Any odd noises especially during deceleration?
No, 600 miles on machine.

Spoke too soon, did it again last night.
Might be time for the catchcan mod. Mine hasn't done it after I did it and I still over-fill it.

It would have to be much larger than that observing the amount that pukes out.
You have something else going on then. Are you sure there is no water or moisture in it? How hot is it running?
I just completely drained it. I can check with a heat gun.

Drained and installed 400 ml Mobile synthetic 75w-90 in the rear axle, so far so good.

Makes sense, thanks for replying!

Odd, I had this issue yesterday after 500 miles which made a mess. If mine was overfilled, should have happened by now?
