Hi all,

FYI there are 3 flanged bolts required for the side panel.

2 - M6x1x16
1 - M6x1x45

I also picked up a medium strength threadlocker to keep those from coming back out again.

Thanks,

Hi All,

QQ.  So the black plastic engine cover on the left side of of my ATV has lost all the screws out of it.  Does anyone know the size and length of these bolts so I can go pick up some replacements?  Any recommendations on how I can keep them from vibrating out going forward?  Loctite or something similar?

Thanks in advance!

Orange was my first choice but they were out of them with no ETA on when more would arrive :-(  Hence the Camo.  It is growing on me tho.

CForce 500 / Break-In Question for 2020 CForce 500S
September 03, 2020, 04:35:22 PM
Hi All,

Just a quick question or two.  How have you dealt with break-in where the manual indicates no more than half throttle for the first 10 hours and no more than 3/4ths throttle for hours 10-20.  Is there a better measurement I can use?  Does half throttle equate to RPMs by any chance?  3000 RPMs constitute 1/2 throttle for example?

Thanks,
Bob

Hi All,
I understand there has been a recall or authorization of work around removing the EVAP Canister for late model new 400, 500, and 800 Non-California CForce ATVs.  I asked my dealer and he says that has not happened.  Can anyone shed any additional light on this topic?  Any documentation I can present to my dealer?

Thanks,
Bob

Hi All,
Just purchased a 2020 CForce 500s Camo (Thats all they had..) and I will be using it to putter around my farm to get where the larger vehicles won't go.  So far, great ride.

Cheers
