I had that happen to my 600 , it was the kill switch causing it. Try moving the switch on and off several times and see if it will start.

My 2019 600 did that a couple of times , I cleaned the kill switch and that took care of it . If it does it move the switch back and forth a couple of times and see if it will start.

The fuel tank should not be building pressure. there should be a vent line , it may also have a check valve in the line. You need to look at a parts diagram to see where the tank vents.

Update on the Gates belt. I contacted EPI and they said that Gates belt were junk and they recommended their belt. Well I got one from them and everything is working normal again. The Gates belt cost half of the cost of the EPI belt. I guess you get what you pay for when trying to save a dollar.

I looked it up again today and that's the part number that listed for a 2019 600 touring. I measured the new belt and it is wider than the old one, my caliper battery died so I can`t give any specs right now. there is a plastic washer and metal washer on the primary, the manual says the adjusting spacer spec is 4-5 mm thick . mine is just under 4mm but I can`t tell if i`m supposed to measure both together or just the plastics one. Both together are 5mm.
Do I need to let it run awhile to see if the secondary stops spinning  ? I`ve only run it a few minutes. It`s not going into drive because it is spinning to fast.

I replaced the belt on my 600 touring with a gates belt 40G3569 G Force belt. Now my secondary is spinning all the time. I put the old belt back on and the secondary is working normal? The spacers are in the correct place and I don`t have a one way bearing, I replaced it last year with a normal bearing. So i`m thinking this is a belt issue, do I need to get a factory belt ? What belts are others using? thanks

I have checked the screen on 2019 600 a few times but it has never had very much debris on it. So I only clean it every 3 or 4 oil changes.

I would replace the battery or have it load tested. My 600 started having problems starting and other electrical problems .The battery tested good, but it ended up being the battery. I cheaper out and got a Amazon battery and had to replace it a couple months later. It`s been a couple years and mine still starts great.

My 600 has almost as much engine braking without the bearing. Below about 5 mph it doesn`t have any engine braking. Look on youtube for cf Moto one way bearing. Several videos about replacing or deleting it.

Possible the one bearing is bad . Do a you tube search CF Moto one way bearing. I deleted the one way bearing on mine.

I had to replace the battery in CF MOTO 600T when it was 6 months old. It would turn over but not start. I ordered a cheap Amazon battery and 3 months later same problem. Got a good interstate battery and no more problem.

I can`t say what your problem is , but my 600 touring started having some strange electrical problems and hard starting . It turned out to be the battery going bad . i replaced it with a amazon battery , didn`t last 3 months .I got a interstate battery and all has been good for a year now.

I`ve never followed the book on break in . My 600 touring got a couple hrs of easy riding , varying the throttle and giving a little more throttle as time passed . Then rode it like i wanted . Some people would take years to put the 183 miles on a atv. I`ve probably owned 50 motorcycles and atv`s in my life and have never followed the mfg break in .
