Yes I did receive the manual, thank you for sending that! Now i know i still have a crank sensor problem. I checked it again this morning, it it ohmed at 967 with 2.7 voltage while spinning the engine over. I worked the kill switch numerous times as well.
I will drain the fuel and add what I know is good.
I cleaned the map sensor with electrical contact cleaner and allowed to air dry. I only pulled #2 injector and saw it was spraying fuel.

I checked the crank sensor, it ohned at 962 and voltage was 3.7-4.1. Still will not run.
Is there anyway to clear codes without pda?

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / 2015 zforce 800 no start

I have searched but have yet to find a solution...after 2 hours of riding fine no issues, my son added gas and tried to ride, but it would not crank. I have spark, changed plugs, fuel injectors are working. I checked timing as per manual, checked CPS, ohmed at 962 and 4.1 volts and cleaned map sensor. It will run if carb cleaner is sprayed into throttle body. I had no codes present until I disconnected the CPS, now I have P0337. I am out of ideas.

Yes, it seems only the plastic broke. I will try what you have suggested. Thanks!

Evening all, I've had my z8 since June '15 with no issues. Recently installed a lift (had to modify it) and added 2" wheel spacers. I am now considering 30" silverbacks, but after reading some of the nightmares removing the secondary clutch, I find myself rethinking them!!! ::)
