Thanks for the input,
just an one other question our sport 4s was some of the first i believe to come straight out of the factory back in 2023, has there been much development on them since ?
mainly on the rear drive core as this seams to be one of the weakest areas,  just dont understand why so much play and why the splines are soft maybe a way to save engine wear?

HI all we currently have several Zforce gen 2 800 trails and sport 4s that we use as small island hire vehicles, they have mostly great and the punters love them ( even with the in cab heat at times).
So we are looking at expanding the numbers of vehicles, firstly looking at the Uforce 10 Pro XL with a few mods to make it road legal or would it be just a easy to go straight for the Pro XL Highland ?
second would be forget the Uforce and keep with the Zforce sport 4 but improve the heat shielding?

last is that are there any interchangeable parts from the Z force to the U force as they are different engines and models?

Thanks in advance to every one as the Forum has been a great source of information and help with all things.

ZForce 950/1000 Sport & EX / Broken Exhaust
December 31, 2025, 10:57:13 PM
so one of our hire sport 4s cam back making a loud popping noise, after having a good look to see what the issues was it was found firstly that the bolts for the exhaust on the rear cylinder was missing and it has separated, better look at it the lower of the bolts had broken off in the block aswell. pain the back side but not a big deal drill it out and put a new stud back.not the big problem which was when checking on the the other cylinder the exhaust had broken at the start of the cover (bend ) has any body had this happen ? the other thing was that the exhaust heat had melted below the heat shield through to the rear seat, lucky no one was sat there as well as it was lucky that none of the wiring has been damaged but it has been affected by the heat and that it didnot affect the fuel tank.
