ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Generator rotor
August 26, 2025, 10:41:13 AM
Hi guys.
I'm about to remove the generator rotor from my 800ex so that I can swap the old pump.
It says in the service manual that I'd need a 42x1.5 flywheel puller, could I use a set of pulley draws around the outside of it??

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Rear diff

Hi.
Does anyone else hate the locked rear diff on z800ex?
Would the diff from the new z1000 fit?
Or could the front diff be fitted on the rear,? Probably a stupid question, but if I don't ask I don't fins out.

Hi.
Can I tow my z800ex with spectacles? (not corrective eye wear).
Which is best? Front or rear tyres on the carrier.
