I thought the same thing. Ordered and received that part number however the nut I have is smaller than the one they sent.

ZForce 500/550 / Primary CVT Nut
December 13, 2025, 01:36:51 PM
Hey All, I'm looking for the nut that holds the Primary clutch on. Looks like CF Moto only sells it as a complete CVT kit. Ideally I need the washer that sits under the nut also. Any ideas where I can find this. 0GR0-051008-00010 Appears to be for the secondary clutch

Their service manual leaves a lot to be desired.
Going to clean the rubber seal attached to the spring and the ceramic washer.
Going to make sure the water seal is completely seated.
Wish me luck. I hope I don't have to take the case off again. Oil is getting expensive.

The seal with the spring is still in the case, and I have not removed it yet. The small blemishes in the case might be grease. The service manual advises using a small amount of sealant when setting the seal in the case. I'm wondering about applying air pressure to the weephole to see if I can tell where its leaking from.
I did have a small amount of grease on the white impeller seal. But that was a lot of water running out of the machine and I never started it.

Just removed the water pump cover. Everything looks in place, and I don't see any cracks.
I currently have the white side of the washer facing out with the rubber on the inside. Is this correct?
I also wonder if the water seal assembly is seated far enough in the case. I used a 1-inch socket to press the seal in, but I can't find any info on how far it needs to be seated. Do you have any ideas?

I did not see any cracks when I disassembled the pump.
How far should the water seal assembly sit into the case? Is it possible that it is not fully seated? I used a 1-inch socket to hammer it into place. Paying attention to not damage the seal.
The impeller has a seal. Does the white ceramic ring face the inside of the impeller, or does the rubber side face the inside?

Hey everyone, Thanks for your help.
So, I removed the left cover and replaced the seals with new ones.
I've replaced the water seal assembly, Oil seal, bearing, and impeller seal.
I'm still getting a steady leak of coolant from the weephole.
Any Ideas?

Hey, Everyone; I am leaking coolant from the weephole on the bottom of the water pump. This all started after I took the engine apart, rebuilt the top end, and replaced the crankshaft. Anyway, I thought I got the water pump seal back in correctly, but obviously, I must not have, as I have a leak. I also noticed that when I took the water pump cover off, it appeared the impeller was rubbing against the cover.
Looking for some advice on what to check.
How do I know if the water pump seal is fully seated?
