Same here on my 2023, it's almost deafening. I'm not aware of any fix for it.

I have a 2022 z force 950 ho sport us model. The trailer plug in the back dose have all the wires and power to the brake and running light but no power to the turn single. Can't seem to figure this one out.

I'm hoping the trailer wiring harness (7020-800200-1000) has the turn signals. I just ordered all the parts for the fronts today. Next step will be to try the trailer wiring harness and replace the rear reflectors with actual lights to use for blinkers...or modify the taillight wiring to work off of the trailer wiring.

Anyone make any progress on this? I'm planning to buy the OE switch and flasher but need to figure out how to get the rears working too. It's my understanding that the trailer connector should have the signal wires in it.

I think I have an older service manual (Edition Number: 20191228). If you have something newer that covers the 2023 HO Sport, could you send it my way? Thanks!!!

I appreciate the response. I'm not overly familiar with replacing tie rod ends or axles or any other suspension parts other than a shock, but that's exactly what I wanted to hear...thanks. I don't plan on replacing the stock Stag tires until they need it, so I'll be sure I have enough to repair a tire since they're only 6 ply tires. Didn't even think about an extra air filter, that's not a bad idea. Thanks again!

I'm planning a 400-mile round trip excursion this summer. For those of you who have a little experience breaking down on the trail, what are the necessary replacement parts to take (other than a belt)? Not really looking for tool suggestions, once I get a list of parts, I'll build my tool list off of that. What about a jack, what works best on the trail? I'm thinking about just getting a scissor jack to keep it small and light weight. We have a 2023 Z950 HO Sport and have only put 200 miles on it so far.

We (my wife and I) might be making the trip alone so I want to be prepared. We appreciate any suggestions!

They're for the turn signals, hazard (4-way) flashers and horn.  The versions sold outside the US have them installed, the US models don't.  The wire harness is identical for both the US and non-US models so it support upgrades.  You can buy the switches and flasher module and install them in a US model and get all those functions.  I wrote an article on how to do this in the 2023 Zforce 800 Trail and 950 Trail/Sport that's in the How To section. It includes the part numbers and detailed instructions.

I just bought a 2023 ZForce HO Sport. I noticed that two of the lower rocker panel blanks have a harness attached to the rear of the blanks. Any thoughts on what belongs here? Thanks!
