I fitted and LED light bulb on the tail light assembly on mine. Took out the 2 nuts and was not able to pull it apart so I spayed a lot of WD40 all around the red lenses, let it sit there for like 30 mins and used a piece of wood to tap the screws with a hammer. It was tough but it finally came apart with no damage at all. Looks like they use some kind of adhesive from the factory to assemble that light.

One of the main fuses under the hood was tripped so I replace it, got power again and was able to start the atv. Not sure what happened but I lost the ability to engage 4WD or lock the front diff. Had to take the quad to the shop where repairs where cover under warranty but they never told me what was replaced.

Confirmed, the bar pull a little less than 4Amp.

Perfect thanks for the explanation, I do have a clear idea on how to use the really and modify the harness to work.
ALLEGEDLY my LED bar is 126 Watts..... according to the description from Amazon lol. For the price that is imposible and its gotta be more like 50W or so.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XQGQTXQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I doubt is that powerful but if it was then it would allegedly pull 10.5Amp which should blow the 10Amp fuse on the included harness !
To Connect it directly to the light system just splice the wire that goes to the headlights? Is there and actual accessory plug power supply on the ATV the I'm not finding?

NMKawierider thank you very much. Just to make sure I got it right; use a relay to power the LED bar, and use a positive ignition key line to the relay just to power the relay? So my harness is missing a separate dedicated positive trigger signal light correct?

CForce 400/450 / How to wire a LED light bar.

I got a 20 inch light bar that came with a wiring harness. The harness has a negative or ground terminal, and on the positive side there is an inline fuse, a relay, a toggle switch with a light, and finally connectors to plug up to two different lights. I tried connecting the positive and negative wires directly to the battery and it works but the problems is that with that connection if I forget to turn off my led light bar, it would drain the battery. How can I wire the light to get power only when the ignition is on? Where would be a good point on the machine to get the power from? On the front of the ATV near the relay box I found a plug that it is use to have daytime running lights if plugged, or been able to turn them with the handlebar switch if it is unplugged. It is a pretty thin wire but it does work only when the ignition is turned on. (Please refer to the attached pictures to see the plug). Can i hook up the positive terminal of the harness to such a small wire?

GoPro 8 is a beast. To keep file size as small and youtube friendly as possible try the following:
RESOLUTION at 1080
FPS between 24 or 30
LENS depends on where you mount the GoPro but usually either SuperView or Wide (to show more of your machine and lots of scenery.
HyperSmooth On
Another cool thing to have and it only works when editing your clips on "GoPro Quick" is to add gauges that show your speed, route and other things. To be able to add those gauges to your videos you must have the GPS turned On in the camera when you film. Keep in mind the GPS will consume a bit more of battery.
As ease of access goes you can control and see what your camera sees from your cellphone. You'll need GoPro Quik app installed in your cell, to have the wifi turned on in your phone and camera (don't worry you don't need internet service or signal, this is just for the camera and phone communicate in between them.) That will give you a sweet remote control.....but it does increase battery drain.
Hope that helps and if you have any questions I am here to help.

Awesome pictures sure looks like you had a blast. Do you have problems with the hitch bar scratching or bumping the ground?

CForce 400/450 / No Electrical Power
July 11, 2021, 06:17:05 PM
Did not ride that day just took the ATV out of the garage to inspect possible locations to install a rear mounted winch. I did not disconnected or disassembled anything at all. Took it back to the garage and park it in reverse. I stopped and everything just died. ATV vas still in reverse gear and I lost all power without turning the ignition key to the off position or switching the fuel pump off (kill switch). The dashboard turned off, the engine stoped and now I cannot get any electric power anywhere. When turning the ignition key to the on position the dashboard does not come light up, I have no lights, no turning signals, no horn, no fuel pump, no hazard lights. The only thing that works is the winch which is wired directly from factory to the positive and negative terminals of the battery and also the brake light when I apply the hand and the foot brake does work. Following the red cable coming out of the battery I only found one 30 amp fuse on the ignition relay that is good, also tested the started relay and it all seems to be in working order, then the wire harness goes under the front fender and it is impossible to follow without taking the machine appart. There is another 40 amp fuse but it is connected to some wire harness on the negative terminal and that is also ok. Checked all the 9 relays (lights, fan, and starter etc) on the from of the machine and they are all securely connected.
Is there anything like a main fuse on this machines? if there is, where is it located?
What else can I check?

Sooo on the spec sheet is states 30hp. So 3% loss every 1000 feet means I have a 39% loss that gives me a whopping 18hp left hahaha. Gonna need a couple of turbos or some nitrous oxide.

Hey guys just wanted to show you the awesome high elevation mountain lake I went to today. It is 4000 meters so around 13100 feet above sea level. Do any of you have a clue on how many horses my machine has at this altitude?
