Yup it happened to me . Mine still under warrenty and dealer said it was replaced with an upgraded part . I don't know if yours is still under warrenty but if their is an upgrade then they know there is a problem and they should look after you

Picked up my bike this morning exhaust is fixed but the bushings were the wrong ones again . They told me to drive it because it really will not hurt anything and when the proper ones come in they will call me. I don't expect to hear anything for atleast 3 or 4 weeks then back to the dealer . If it wasn't under warrenty I would see what I could find

Not sure just how different the 600 is from a 2016 zforce ,but I picked up a soft rear window for a 800 rzr for about $60 and it fits very good

ZForce 500/550 / Exhaust broke again
June 25, 2017, 03:28:58 PM
When my bike was in getting the oil in air filter fixed dealer replaced the complete exhaust ;said it was cracked @ 1600km . Now the bike has 2100km and it is broke again [bad this time ] Also all the suspension bushings are gone and I grease every trip . I told the dealer I think part of the problem is the bike rides so rough. I have backed the springs off as much as I can and tried to adjust the shocks several times but it really does not make any difference .My son in law got me to go with him ; he put new bighorns on his 2012 rzr 800 and he thought it rode alittle rough . I told him if I could get mine to ride half as smooth I would do the dance of joy . His is not a sport model just a stock rzr .
Any ideas
Thanks

I had the same problem ,to bring myself to pay $300 for a hard rear window . I bought a soft rear for a 2012 RZR 800 and it fits great and it was only $65

Hi and welcome , I have one and I like the way it works . First thing check your air filter , if it has the paper one get rid of it , I bought an updated one from dealer which you can clean and oil or there are some after market ones . Mine is an early production model and had trouble with oil from motor in airbox , I think they have corrected that but keep an eye on it
For a 500 it has all the power and speed I need; good luck

For some reason only 1 photo loaded . Also forgot to add that the rubber 90 on the airbox does not look round but I heated it up heat gun and it was quite flexable

Moved my CVT air intake on weekend and thought it might work for my airbox . Used 2" ABS and I think it came out OK . Turned the rubber 90* and cut a hole behind the pass seat . The only way it would fit is because my wifes seat is slid ahead ,if the seat was back then 1.5" is all there is room for. Just put the stock sock on for now ,will find a filter later .It should get more air because the stock tube is restricted something crazy

Have been playing with the idea of how to filter the air a little better for the cvt Here is what I came up with, just used 1.5" ABS from hardware and my old stock air filter for now . If it seams to work OK may use a different filter . Total cost without filter about $12

The damage has already been done . They told me I would get a complete new drop in motor and after 6 months I got my motor back rebuilt from CF Canada . I am at the point now that I guess I will just have to live with it. By the way every body at CF Canada knows about it including the owner
