UForce 800 / Re: Width of 2022 UForce 800

We like it. We have used it quite a bit after we moved to WV and cleared our lot of rocks. We also take it out on rides. The biggest complaint I would have was the heat. If you windshield and roof it, it get's quite warm. But the tinkerer in me insulated a lot of areas and you can now actually have a conversation at 40mph!

Hey Gerry, I just went out and measured my 2021 UForce 800. At the widest point, I got 58". You'll have an inch on each side.

I ordered this:

ECU DELPHI 28250531
  - Model: 0800-174000-2000   MICF0800-174000   1   $291.13   $291.13

The vendor was in China, took a while to get the part but it was definitely worth it.

I also did the Powersports tuning route on the existing ECU since it was relatively inexpensive, can't say I see a huge difference?

The new ECU DID make a big difference on performance, but I still had an occasional cold re-start.  The powersports tune seems to be better, I'm running that at the moment, seems to be a touch better throttle response/low RPM engagement.

Thank you!!

I joined this forum specifically looking to solve this problem with my new 2022 UForce 800.  Ordered the ZForce ECU, installed it yesterday, fixed the problem like everyone else has reported!  I don't know how the ECU change has had such a big impact on low RPM engagement of the CVT, but it has...
jimogeek, What part # ECU did you order?

Glad to hear it helped. I'm going to be taking mine in for service and will be mentioning this 'fix'

Hey.  BillZ.  when I go to the link below, it shows all of the parts as being Discontinued.  Hoping that was a website error, I called them and the phone number goes to a dead line then hangs up.

I guess my question to you is if that is how their site looked when you contacted them or if it looks like they've shuttered the business?

Does anyone know if an alternate source for the Z800 ECM?  I've had no luck so far.

I replaced the ECU/ECM with the Z8 unit also.  Part number 0800-174000-2000  - Z8.  It cost $375 with shipping. Huge improvement.
It runs like it should. no more stalling on acceleration runs smoother then before.
