Adverse weather conditions don't really apply where I live in southern Spain.
It gets hot and ac would be nice but a bike would have the same issues as an ATV.
It doesn't rain much around here and when it does rain it's usually a pleasant relief.
If I get one it will be my daily driver, the wife has her car.
One thing of concern over here is the registration and EU homologation rules.
All CF Moto ATVs are classified under the T(Tractor) ruling which means a red on white license plate. This limits the use on certain roads. Motorways (or Highways) are definitely not allowed but I'm not sure about other main roads. Also I've read articles that state no passengers on paved roads. This would be a major block for me.
However other makes of ATV such as Segway can be registered under the L classification which means a standard black on white license plate and the same freedom to drive as for normal cars.
So this makes my choice even more complicated.
When I first started looking at ATVs I was thinking the Seqway Snarler L was the one for me, until I spotted the 1000 Overland.
If my main use was off-road then I would definitely be getting a 1000 Overland.
I think I can manage to persuade the wife, but I have to clarify the homologation issue first.
