Ho tha ks for the reply...ivtook a clooselook today ..still can't seem get the oldest ropeout of 2nddary clutch ...itsall cleanetriedtheapread apart trip with bolt no luck...I replaced the sliders and nilonweights today ashadnew ones..oldwere a bit melted.. seems to pull even better of start andup to 30 mphbut stil hitting 7500 rpm limiter at 32 mph? Is there a way to to tention the belt?? Iv tried the turning of2nd clutch to tighten as per video onlineno working..please guys juat wanna enjoy the machine without worry.ididfull service today oil changeengineand both diffs..plugs..oil presaureswutch filter andairandfuelfilter...still max out at 32 mph

Help required ?? Hi everyone sorry for the first post been a bad one lol..
Anyway I recently purchased a zforce 1000 2018..all exited and prepared ie few stairs tools water food wct went out for the first trip ..brilliant fun all seemed fine on road and trail then all of a sudden bang ..lost drive instantly knew belt had snapped...after a roadside repair from videos online and due to the spares I had off previous owner and ones I hed luckily managed after 3 hours to get most the old rope out of the secondary clutch but still bit I couldn't remove!got the belt on all seemed fine I took it easy on way back home only 4 miles luckily and parked it up .

Now this morning I took it out again all food but then I realised it was only doing max speed of 30 mph before hitting the limiter of 7500.. I took the case off the clutch and the belt seem to look slack??? With no info to relate how to tention I drove home fine   up to the max speed it runs pulls fine but will only do 30mph .and also won't reverse about 2 mph without limiter and revs are at 4000 rpm.

Have I done something wrong some 🤔
