ok
didn't understand earlier what you meant.
It seems to be getting pressure because when I disconnected the injector gas went
everywhere. But I will pull the fuel pump.
Thanks for helping.

ok
Checked and cleaned air filter. Cleaned injector and getting lots of spark.
Still doesn't seem to want to start. It almost did, but I had to then charge the battery.
Will try later. Never checked compression yet.

will check that this morning

I was going to check my injector, but unsure as to how to take it off.
I have some rust particles in my tank and I think the injector may be clogged.

Oh my
Was hoping it might be an easy fix. May dig into it or just junk it.
I will let you know if I get it working.

My sxs recently was hesitating, so I changed the fuel filter and it seemed to stop. What was happening she would start to bog down then pick up again. Like I said the filter seemed to take that away, but when I would take my foot off the gas it would stall. It would hesitate to restart but catch. This past weekend it worked fine. I pulled it out of the garage to wash it and it started fine. After the wash I tried to start but no go. It would keep turning over but not catch. Eventually flood.
I checked the filter and gas is flowing thru it but still won't start. Any thoughts?

Yes, that's what you would think.
I will mention that to them again on Monday.

Thank You

General Discussion / 2013 Snyper 600 won't start
June 10, 2023, 07:41:16 AM
Good Morning,

I am having trouble starting my sxs. The starter is engaging but the motor is not turning over. I took it to a shop and they figured it was one of the gears. They took off the cover but all seems ok with the gears and are unsure as to what it is. On Monday they are going to put the cover back on to see if it engages.
Anyone every had this problem?

That's what I thought.
Yes, best thing is to measure.
Thank You

Does anyone know the size of the nuts? I have a 2013 cfmoto 600 snyper.

Came home this evening put a new fuse in with the 12v outlet disconnected. Turned key and everything fine. Screwed the bolts back in and fuse blown. I found that very odd because the bolt is like a solid connection on the frame and there are more bolts in that area. Left the bolts screwed in and took a closer look and one if not both are touching the wires on the switches in the dash. Loosened both bolts so they are not touching the wires and turned the key and everything fine, no blown fuse. Hope that is it. Fingers crossed. 8) :)

Does the harness have a ground?
Maybe that could be loose or corroded?

Well!!
I installed the new 12v outlet and everything worked fine. Buttoned everything up and rechecked it. Blew another fuse!!!!!!! Took cover off from underneath gauge cluster and put another fuse in again. Worked fine. Screwed cover back on again, tried it and fuse blew again!@#$%*****
Took cover off again, unplugged 12v socket and plugged back in again. Turned ignition again and fine. Left ignition on and moved the wiring around and fuse didn't trip. Pushed cover back in place and still didn't trip. So I thought as soon as I screw the cover back in it will trip. SO,  once the screw hit the metal it blew the fuse and the main fuse went as well.!@#$%^&******!@#$%
Anyone have any thoughts or fixes for this?

Found it. was a fuse after all. Couldn't see it in the daylight. Was just a small black mark on the fuse. Check the fuses again today and noticed it. Put in a new one and you could here it crack when I turned the key. Faulty 12v aux outlet.
I was just going to put a generic one on and splice into the wiring from the old outlet.
