None in the US have them but O always assumes the relay was up with the rest of them above the glove box. By removing the front storage tray you can see most of them...but which one is it...that's the question. :)

Canadian model seem to include them that's  nice!!!!

Lol thank you so much!!! Hopefully the old one looks like the new one and makes it easy to find that was lol

Ok under the front got it again thank you so much!!

Today was a busy day!!!

Clutches went back together and belt box resealed.

Ran 3" stretch hose from my front belt box vent.

Finally I gave her a bath and a trickle charged the battery.

Tomorrow we go out for a run!!!!

Information Center / Turn signal flasher
May 11, 2022, 05:40:50 PM
Hello all!

So my 2015 z800 EX has stock installed turn signals and they stopped working all at once.

It could be the main switch but I am sure it's the flasher relay and that was cheap so I've got it but the problem is... I can't for the life of me figure out where the old one is 😂😂😂

Anyone have any clue where this f*cker is?

Nice. I've been considering taking all my graphics off but not sure if I will like the plain black look better. Think it needs...something...just not this much.

I know what you mean any of the aftermarket doors I've seen on utv parts sites are always black (for instance the superatv doors) I like the CfMoto stickers but like you say they are very busy.

Today I used a flap disc on my angle grinder to flatten a spot on my diamond plate doors to stick my vinyl zforce sticker.

It didn't turn out at all how I wanted it to but I've been working on these for so long I don't even care anymore lol it all looks the same coated in mud 😂😂

I also got my CVT cover off and removed both clutches.

Needs a cleaning HELLA BAD!!

First time I've ever had it off in 5000 km so it was deffintly due.

Started to build a clutch compression tool but the all-thread I used isn't heavy enough and snapped so tomorrow Ill hit home hardware to finish it and reclock my secondary!

Yep..doors make all the difference. Like your latches. Hadn't thought of those. My first set or doors was home-made and I just used spring-loaded slide bolts. PITA. Worked but not a slam latch.

You ain't kidding! Doors make a huge difference! Those stupid fuckin strap things that come with it were horrible.

I priced out the superatv ones and $930 was just ridiculous!

With 1/4 plate aluminum I'm 450 into these.

Thank you!

Love those slam latches.

They were the most expensive part lol they are custom order for a jeep, they have keys and everything lol

Started building these doors October of last year and just finished painting and finishing them today

Not a fan of working in the cold/painting in the cold. So I just kept them bare over the winter lol

Any questions ask away.
