WOW That sounds about the same as a lot of us. I figured out what I have spent on this hobby. Truck, Trailer, UTV, plus all the extra's about 50,000, but what the heck spend it now have loads of fun, or save it so someone else gets in a will and spends it. Like I always say live for today because you may not be here tomorrow. " LIFE IS SHORT" Just my thoughts

General Discussion / Re: This forum is not affiliated with CFMOTO or CFMOTO USA
January 27, 2018, 12:45:56 PM
Hi cfmotoguy, Let me start with I don't do facebook and never will so that being said this site has helped with many of the questions I have had during the time I have owned my utv, the people on this forum help each other and in most cases save them time and money which even someone who works for cfmoto can understand. Me personally as long as this site stays active I will be a part of it. Please understand this is my opinion but you a cfmoto REP. should promote forums not tare them down and we would welcome your opinion when you think misinformation needs your input or advise.

General Discussion / Re: How Long are your factory batteries lasting?
January 14, 2018, 11:30:30 AM
With a Battery the life cycle is very hard to determine because so many factors are related to longevity for example Temperature, under charging, over charging, sulphated, etc. etc. but most of the time with a named brand battery it's age with these types of batteries 3 to 5 years would be a good life cycle I would say if your battery is four years old you have done a very good job of taking care it, might be time for a new one. Note you could take it to a auto parts store and have it load tested that will determine how good it still is. My opinion buy a new one for peace of mind, just my opinion.

General Discussion / Re: Oil in zforce 800?
June 11, 2017, 08:58:12 PM
This is what CFMOTO told me.
The weight of the oil doesn't matter as much as the fact that it needs to be wet clutch compatible oil. The weight of the oil will depend on your climate. I would ask your dealer to see what they recommend.

General Discussion / Oil filter Zforce 800
May 06, 2017, 01:53:57 PM
Hi I was wondering if anyone has looked into oil filters and what brands will fit the Z800 and if they have a good part Number for them. It would be nice to have a different choice other than the standard CFMOTO filter. I would suspect the 800 engine is the same for 2017 model. Thanks

Thanks for the input I think it would be best to change to a 4 point latch type. Question do they bolt up or will I need to modify? thinking of a pair from super ATV. Thanks in advance for any advice.

General Discussion / seat belts
April 28, 2017, 08:47:31 AM
Has anyone experienced any problems with the OEM seat belts on the Z800. I have had the one's in my 2017 stick, I push the button to release and nothing, this might happen one out of three or four times just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problems. My concern is don't want a failure during an emergency. If there is an easy fix great, otherwise back to the dealer. Any comments are welcome.

Looking for some input on a rear window for my Z800 trail. If any one has experience that would be helpful. I live in an area where all the elements are present rain, snow, wind, dust, some areas lots of mud. So i guess what I wanting know is the Pro's and con's of a rear window.
Any input would be helpful. Thanks Ray

General Discussion / Question about fuses
December 05, 2016, 06:59:03 PM
Hi, a question about the z800us-a the book states fuses are behind the steering column, is this where there are at and if so how does a person access them. We sometime go 40 miles into the woods and if a fuse should blow would like to know I can change them. Thanks
