Before I go a huntin for it, does anyone know if a hard copy is available anywhere?
I got mine from CFMoto USA for around $45 w/shipping. they are out there but at least if you go thru them or a local dealer, you will get the right year for your SXS.

I want to put a factory turn signal kit into my uforce. Does anyone know if a factory kit is available?
It is but it is quite pricey. https://cfmotousaparts.com/product/uforce-500-800-trail-turn-signal-kit/   You have to add new taillight assemblies and front lights. The biggest thing you need to do is check to see if the factory did do the wiring for the turns. I have both a '21 and a '22 U8 and the '21 has the wiring but the '22 does not. If you are mechanically/electrically inclined, you can still do if wiring isn't there. Just have to do all wiring yourself.

I did. I added to mine by tapping in to the wires on the switch assembly, turn signal relay, 2 led's in the front and 1 in the back. All in, I was well under $75. Beats the $600 for the CF kit

Where did you get your kit?

I didn't use a kit, I bought individual parts. You can check you SXS first to see if the wiring is there and if it is, it would be much easier on you. All you would need to do then is get the flasher relay for you model and then add lights front and rear. on my 2021 U8, I did add a relay, lights and wired mine front to rear BEFORE I knew that I could have done the relay and used the existing. The good thing of having to do that, I know what I need to do with my 2022 U8. The wiring harness for turns is nowhere to be found. With that said, these are the lights I used..................

Front,  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019BT7A6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you can't do the factory relay, I tapped into the turn signal wiring at the switch and used this relay, https://www.amazon.com/Flasher-Blinker-Signal-Motorcycle-Modification/dp/B08FDKT47Y/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2DSI82AR0BCKQ&keywords=flasher+relay+for+led+turn+signal&qid=1668172483&sprefix=flasher+relay%2Caps%2C211&sr=8-4

Its under drivers side front fender above shock tower
I looked and couldn't locate. The wiring diagram shows it having 3 wires, Grey, Green and Black/Blue. I'll look again later. Thanks.

All my wiring was there Plug and Play
What year is yours? When you have time, can you take a pic of the Relay location? I can't find it under the hood of my 2021.

you have to buy the relay. Plug and play
Relay plug is around the top of the drivers side front shock tower
Plugs for front turn signals are located by lower radiator support and rear just tap into tail light plug (I believe it was the blue on one light and orange on the other
On my 2022, I went to do install this weekend and found that there is no wiring in place for the turns. On my 2021, all wiring is there but nowhere to be found on '22. Parts availability issues? IDK. I would think the harnesses would be the same regardless. Now I'll have to do it the hard wire way. I was thrilled that I wouldn't have to pull wire again but no luck!! And no relay plug either.

Perfect, but did not video it
Was it basically plug and play using the front OEM and relay? Where exactly is the relay location?

Did you piece together your own kit? It was pretty easy if you have some wiring knowledge. Hardest part was running wire to the rear lights.

Has anyone wired turn signals on a 2022 Uforce 800. It came with a turn signal switch.

Thanks

My wife is the one that rides in the passenger seat.
Our solution that she uses that helps, is to use a piece of as car sunshade.
We use the one that has a shiny reflective outside on bother sides but the bubble wrap material in the middle.
It is not a 100% cure, but it helps with the heat on the passengers legs.
Hey guys, I had the same issues with my U 800. The heat when on rides was unbearable. I put mine up on ramps and removed the skid plate, bunch of 10mm bolts. It's a plastic shield so not hard to remove. I them was able to put some pipe insulation on the coolant lines and used some heat /noise insulation on the sides of the tunnel. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01I4F0D5E?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Between doing this and insulating the air cleaner box/console, it has made a significant difference. Heat is greatly reduced as well as cab noise is reduced. You can actually have a conversation without having to yell! Makes a ride more enjoyable.

Bought a used 2019 Uforce 800 about a month ago (only 30 hours).  Love the machine, but was kind of annoyed by the hesitation/jerky starts from initial throttle. Found this thread while researching the issue, ordered the Z800 ECU #0800-174000-2000 and installed it today.  I'm a little on the fence with it.  Seems to have smoothed out some of the issues at initial throttle, but not sure it was worth the $375 price tag.  Just wanted to let others know about my experience and it may or may not make a world of difference.

Did you order 0800-174000-2000 or 0800-174001-2000? The first one is what I HAD in mine 2nd one what I replaced it with

I've not seen part number 0800-174001-2000.  The one they told me about at the local store was the same one others have listed here and what I've seen online, 0800-174000-2000, for the Z800

The original ECU in my 2019 UForce 800 is 0800-174000-10001.

My apologies. I had it backwards. 174001 was stock unit.

Just wanted to let everyone know I am another that is happy with changing ECU to the Z force unit. Drivability is improved 100%!! No more jerking, slow speed drivability is so much better. Don't know why CF won't address this. I was lucky, I was able to get mine from my local dealer for $254 out the door. When I bought the unit, I was given a 25% off coupon to be used on anything.
