I posted some pics of our first ride with no fenders at Blue Hollar offroad park. we didnt seem to get much more mud than before and it was super muddy today since it stormed all night. Granted we've gotten a lot better at knowing what this little billy goat will climb haha. So did better job of wheel placement. By the way it will climb through some deep mud slow and steady with the locker engaged.

I saw some on Ebay for around 250. It says 2014 to 2018 800ex and 1000. I'm thinking of taking the chance and seeing if they fit.

We had a blast. The place was empty. we saw like 3 other groups. Ran up on a couple 4 seater Rzr 1000s trapped by a tree. Pulled the Zforce around and winched it up to the bank so we could all drive over. Woo Hoo a plus for Cfmoto over the RZR for once.

General Discussion / Re: Wiring question
July 09, 2021, 04:06:35 AM
As I am an electrical engineer on tour buses and motor homes and such. I would fuse both ends. One within 13 to 18 inches of battery and one the same from the load. This will prevent and fire possibility due to a short. The one by the battery should be sized according to wire size and one by the load should be whatever size fuse the product asked for. I always run larger wire than products ask for. And upsize wire 1 size for about every 25 ft to account for voltage drop.

Dealer offered free first service at 300. I will let them do first then was thinking every 500 miles. It will take me a while to get there.

Did anything change on the 800 ex suspension after 2018? Was thinking of ordering the high clearance arms but says only fits up to 2018 on web site. Mine is a 2020

General Discussion / Camber adjustment?

I was wondering if you can adjust the camber on a Zforce 800 ex?. Since the lift its seems a bit off. Nothing major but still off. I lowered the coil overs and it helped but made it a little softer or swaying kinda. Liked the stiffer ride so would like to go back to factory with them.

Mine is an Octane Ridge with a vent. It seems to do well with the vent open but close it and you can tell a huge difference. only one ride with it but by far my favorite upgrade

Went to dealer today to swap out the leaking shock under warranty. I may have mentioned earlier that we lost the fuel cap on our last trip. Left it at gas station and didnt realize till we stopped at a rest stop over 100 miles away. The dealer was awesome enough to give me a replacement. He said was the least he could do for my troubles with the EX. They have been great during my short time with a SXS. Cedar City Power Sports in Lebanon TN. They also let me know that they a certified SuperATV dealer. So I will be purchasing the rest of my mods or upgrades through them as well. It's great to deal with down home good people.
