What it can turn into lol i love mine.

I'm curious how much of a problem this overheating is?
What ambient temps are you guys running in to warrant concern of installing a blower?
Are you talking southwest summer temps or even in your mild winter temps?
I would guess that I'll be running my 800 trail in nothing more than 95f maybe, and that would be on rare occasions.
More like in the 80's.
Also, I'm simply a trail rider, not a hot dogger by any stretch

Not so much air temp. But just put on 32s from 27s so much added extra weight, alot of hills in WV and 30 miles into the woods is a long walk back after a blown belt. So its more prevention before an issue then fixing an issue.

I got the razorback belt gauge for that. I am wanting to install everything at one time so i can take cover off once, install new hd belt, install the sensor, and the blower. Then put everything back together and hit the trail.

How is the fan holding up? Now that I'm funning 32 inch tires I may be adding this mod to cool off the belt.

May be like said above still at idle the charging system isnt active so it might rev up to wake it up and charge up system. Kind of like diesel going to a high idle when their cold. Does it do it when the voltage is above the 14 volts or just when low?

I just unplugged the drivers seat belt wire and unbolted the seat belt and no errors or limiting.

Morgantown none that i have found. Did 3 trips to mines and meadows up by Pittsburgh before weather got back last year. Plan to do more parks alot between Pittsburgh and johnstown.

Thats funny thats were i saw the idea from. The lights i got didnt line up so had to drill new holes and bolted the two mounts together.  Weather is getting nicer and 950 is street legal need to head ur way to ride. im up grafton road just off exit 1 in morgantown.

I did the same thing with my front bumper with the dual lights but i went rock slides instead of skids. My 32s and new rims should be here some time this week.

Does anyone know the correct license plate light? There are 2 listed, different prices, and one has 10000 at the end but rest is same.

Def, i did mines and meadows this past summer 3 times by myself and a different passenger each time but not the same as riding with a group. More apped to try something when you know someone is there to help out. I just moved off grafton road on halleck road and one of my neighbors i am being told does group rides so will have to link up.
