I hope you figured out your code as this post was months ago but I had code P013029 flashing with a check engine light on my 2023 UForce 1000 last summer at 400 miles.  I was told on this forum it was O2 sensor circuit Bank#1, Sensor#1.  I talked with a UTV gearhead in my local bar and he asked me if I had cleaned or changed my air filter yet. We had been having a super dry summer here in MN so he knew I was out driving on all the dirt roads.  I blew out the stock filter and reinstalled and it cleared the code and it never threw the code again.  I ordered a Outerwearers cover UNI Filter after that and haven't had any issues since.

I'm curious if anyone has had this issue with their vehicle.  I was driving my UForce 1000 around when we stopped into the gas station. I sat in the UTV idling, while the wife ran inside.  We left and about a half mile down the road it started acting weird for a few seconds and just killed.  It wouldn't turn over but I had all power.  Long story short, the 5A ignition fuse under the hood blew.  I have 600 miles on the until and did not see any bare wires leading up under the dash to the actual switch.  Anyone have a thought on what would have caused this fuse to blow?  thanks

On a side note, Happy Memorial Day weekend to all CFMoto peeps.  Please remember to keep those you gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country in your thoughts and prayers

Ok, let me try this again after reading what I initially wrote.  Yes, $800 is robbery, I know that.   I forgot to mention they check the valve clearance and adjust it as well.  I guess my biggest question is because I've read and watched different videos, is it really necessary to change both diff oils so early?  Some say yes, others say no, way too early.

What's up CFMOTO peeps........i'm at my first service after the break-in period, well actually based on my owner's manual i'm "overdue".  2023 UFORCE 1000 with 400 miles, the manual says 200 miles or 20 hours.  Anyways, called the dealership and they want to do the oil, air filter, front and rear diffs, lube, other fluid checks, etc. to the tune of $800+.  Here's my question to you all, is it worth it?  I change the oil on my own cars but I am getting lazy.  The manual says oil, air filter, check diffs, coolant, etc.  I have a Uni Filter coming so I'm not worried about the air filter. Do the diff fluids really need to be changed?  I have yet to put it in 4WD because I do a lot of pavement and dirt roads.  Is the "stealership" just trying to make a quick buck?  I'll do the engine oil myself for that price.  Your thoughts........

General Discussion / CFMOTO 33" MB QUART Soundbar
July 11, 2023, 12:06:16 PM
I'm wondering if anyone has purchased the CFMOTO branded 33" soundbar made by MB Quart.  I'm wondering if this thing is loud enough when you're driving 45+ mph.  I'd prefer not to have to hook up an additional amp to maximize the speakers.  The built-in head unit says 160 watts but is that peak, RMS?  I've reached out to Maxxsonics for more specs but haven't heard back.  The UFORCE 1000 isn't a quiet machine and trying to put anything on the backroll bar is a joke with the way the roof curls down and installed back windshield.

General Discussion / UFORCE 1000 code P013029
July 06, 2023, 11:20:29 AM
I took my 2023 UFORCE 1000 out on a ride with a bunch of others and the EFI light came on with the code P013029.  Does anybody out there know what this is or if an obd2 scanner will work?  I have 400 miles on it and did not buy the extended warranty because I always waste my money on those damn things.  I believe I can still buy it up to 11 months after purchase so I might have to look into that if I'm already having issues with this thing  >:(

I hated the CFM 1/2 shield I bought with mine. Useless and was never good to see out of. Still had to wear goggles. It collects dust in the shed ever sense 2016 when I got the SATV flip. Best money I ever spent.

I wanted the flip but up here in MN that wouldn't work so well from a sealing purpose.  I bought the full front, back windshields as well as the CFMOTO doors just for plowing.  But for the summer, the back came off, the top of the doors, and on went the shitty half windshield.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some help or suggestions.  I have a 2023 UFORCE 1000 with a half windshield I bought from UTV Direct.  It's made by Spike Power Sports and it sucks!  The fit and build quality is good.  Where it lacks is how tall it is.  This thing shoots the air right into me at eye level so when driving over 25+ mph all I do is tear up, even with my glasses on.  Going 55+ is a nightmare.  Does anyone have another suggestion, one that sits much higher?  Off the top of my head, this is only 11" or 12" high.  I'm 6'2'' but when sitting in my friend's Can-Am Defender his half windshield does what needs to be done. shoots the air up over your head.  Looking forward to hearing back from the community.  Thanks

General Discussion / Reducing Cabin Heat
May 22, 2023, 11:58:49 AM
Now that it's finally getting warm out, at least where I live (MN), what have you guys done to reduce the cabin heat coming from the front?  It doesn't seem like much comes up from the seats and the engine.  I have a 2023 UFORCE 1000 and the amount of heat sucks!

UForce 1000 / Re: Turn signals for the 2023 U1000
May 18, 2023, 11:49:59 AM
I tapped into the Orange (Drivers side) and Baby Blue (Passenger side) wires right at the connector under the bed.  I ran new wires to my 3/4" Side Marker lights I bought off Amazon and brackets off eBay.  I could have cut out the holes in the box under the taillights but decided against that.  I know some folks have tapped into the backup lights to use as signals but where I live and I'm sure it's across the country, turn signals should be Amber or Red.

UForce 1000 / Re: Horn not working after install
May 18, 2023, 11:41:43 AM
I just did my 2023.  I attached the horn to the wire harness in the wheel well and plugged the rocker switch into the corresponding wire harness in the dash and that was it.  There was no relay.

UForce 1000 / Re: Ordered a Clutch Kit
May 03, 2023, 08:27:32 AM
It's a 3 expect for that one nut, at least on my unit.  I contacted RNG and he said he's never had a problem with that nut so the factory must have had mine torqued extra!

I have a 2023 1000 with 30 miles on it.  When I first drove it the smell was horrible!  It's my first SxS so I was worried I was driving in the wrong mode or something and burning the belt.  The smell is less after 30 miles but it's still there.

I have a parking brake on mine so I have no idea why they're saying they don't???

Get a clutch kit for sure to help smooth it out. Super easy install

Enjoy your new ride
