Got rzr rack installed , wow what a difference . Old rack had about 1/5 of a turn free play and seamed to turn further one way .Also when I took boots off old rack there was alot of water in them .Had to take my old tie rod ends and put on rzr rack . Just cut them and welded my ends on . Cfmoto tie rods are male and rzr are female left hand thread . Still alot cheaper than OEM .

Under drivers seat there is a cover with a couple bolts in it . There are 2 under it terrible design.Mine shorted out so I moved them up higher behind seat  .Where they are all the cover does is hold all the dirt and moisture around them.

The tie rod mod is what I'm concerned about

I saw on here somewhere where you could replace zforce steering rack with one from a rzr . Bought on but the connecting rods are male left hand thread and I need female to go on tie rods . Can I remove from steering rack on mine and put on rzr rack .I haven't started yet just wondering before i tear things apart .Thanks

Is there any way to tighten the steering rack on 2016 zforce 500 , I have alot of play in the steering wheel . If not I thought sometime ago I saw a post on putting a rzr steering rack on a zforce

I bought the trailer tongue bow from princess auto on sale for $120 fits great and just as rugged as the ones that cost alot more

My 2016 500 zforce has been doing the same thing for 2 years but seams to work fine

Mine broke under warranty was replaced with the upgraded one and it broke so just welded it . This is all under 6000km .2016 z 500

On my 2016 I put 20% window tint which helped alot .

I have a 2016 and the engine brake works good . Seams like it works down to about 1600rpm , below that its free wheel but all you have to do is bump the throttle above 1600rpm and it keeps braking

When you figure this out let me know . Mine has been doing the same thing for almost a year . Will go out once in a while then comes back on . Bike works fine . Hate to take it to dealer because I haven't had much luck with them in past.

By the time they were shipped to Canada they were $350 Canadian , but well worth it .They were at my door in less than a week, no complaints here. Would  recommend Bandit to anyone

Just installed a set of Bandit springs on my 2016 500 zforce with 6000km . Have tried every setup for shocks but without much success. Have only been out for a small ride for about an hr but quite a difference . Does it ride smooth ; NO but at least I had all my filling in my teeth when I got home . Just wish I had done it a few years ago .
