Started the quad , it has been running ok and now it has started smoking quite a lot , engine has just been rebuilt , and was running fine now all of a sudden this

So I have rebuilt an engine in my quad that has been sat for 2 years as my friend let me down fixing it , rebuilt it myself out it back in battery is dead so connected jump leads from car without key in to the quad and won't start just clicks changed solenoid and also starter motor as google said these were likely culprit and it has not changed it still clicks ,  I took the cvt case off and I have attached a video of what it is doing  it will hardly move and very so often it does half a turn .
