Hi My first name is Chris.

Mostly to plow my driveway.  I have friends with Kawi, Canam, polaris, and yamaha quads.  I will never buy a polaris due to issues.  I do not believe any of them provide the dollar value for cost they charge.

So I started looking at the 1K overlander or a SxS trail edition.

My first concern is the two dealers I talked to were pushing the HO editions of the 950's.  I don't know why!
My concern with this is the engine block and head gasket issues with any HO engine.  Are the cranks and blocks as well as heads reinforced?  Or just tuned for more HP?

My wife needs brain surgery to correct her paralysis.  I hope she gets better.  But seatbelts and doors are leaning me away from the overlander.  Too many differences on what youtube shows for the 2023 models and CF Moto is a year or more behind on the details.
What are your opinions.
I'll spend 1/4 of my time in reverse and the rest with a plow down pushing snow.  Maybe a little firewood gathering around my house.  But I can't be out for more than a few hours a day while she rests.

BTW:  UHFTX= Ultra High Frequency Transmission of RF energy.  Megawatts of RF Power.

I'm new here and frustrated.  I was looking online.

Trying to find accurate information for 2023 models
overlander 1K
SxS 1K
Trail 950.

Called two dealerships.  I'm thinking of the SxS with full doors and under 50inches width.  Mainly to plow with.  My wife has brain surgery to help with her paralysis.  I can't leave the house for more than a couple of hours. Hospice in here 3 or 4 times per week depending.

I'm thinking If she gets better a SxS would be best.  The ATV would be more difficult.  Seatbelts are required.

So when I watch videos.  I see different configurations of the Cab.  Bench seat, Bucket seats.  Different dash configurations.  Different storage compartments.  NOthing is the same for 2023 from these videos.  The Aussie videos show a completely different model with some features which are desirable but others are not.
All of them agree the hand brake is gone.  At least that is consistant.  But Why?

Anyway for my first post to all of you.  I use UHFTX,  Ultra High Frequency Transmission.  Just a few megawatts of RF power.
