Good afternoon, in the process of installing my clutch kit and when putting the square key in, it became stuck to the point where it's holding the secondary closed...in need of ways to release it asap!

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Power issues
April 26, 2024, 11:01:32 PM
Good evening, I have been having some power issues with my Zforce 800 ex and am at a loss for what it could be. In neutral it revs to the limiter with no issues. Once in gear it wont hit anywhere near it...fastest I could go is around 30 mph. I have checked the clutches and they appear to be clean. I haven't dug into the wet clutch at all as I don't feel confident in my capabilities, would a bad wet clutch cause power issues? It is almost as if the secondary is stuck open and starting from a high gear. Any guidance is much appreciated!! Also was curious if a bad battery would cause this as well?
Things I have checked
-Throttle cable
-Temp Sensors
-Throttle position sensor
-Fuel filter
-Air filter

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Tusk Megabite 30"
April 04, 2023, 08:55:02 AM
Good morning! I am looking into a new set of tires and landed on the tuck megabites 30x10x14. The tires seem to weigh around 36 lbs compared to the stock weight of around 22 for the front and 28 in the rear. I have the perfex 2" lift but was wondering if I would have any issues running these tires? Any information would be much appreciated! Thank you!

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / 2021 800 ex squeaking/dry noises from rear
March 01, 2023, 08:56:01 PM
Good evening! I am new to this forum as I am a new owner of a Cf Moto! I just picked up a 2021 800ex with 350 miles and it seems to have a squeak/grind coming from either the clutch or the rear differential%u2026it increases with speed and can be very loud. It sounds like it is metal on metal but I can%u2019t be sure. I was wondering if anyone would have any ideas or advice on where to start? It%u2019s coming from the rear and can still be heard by revving in neutral which leads me to believe it%u2019s not the differential but don%u2019t know where to start! Thanks!
