Need help with this. This thing ran at full bars since it came off showroom floor. Dealer couldn't figure it out they replaced everything. I did notice at the dealer some machines start at 1 bar before you even start it(that's what mine does). And some start at no bars. It's odd that they are not all the same since they're the same machines. I don't get it. I've had the ecu tuned and put a free flowing exhaust on it in hopes that it'll help. I believe it did a bit because it doesn't climb up as fast but it still goes all the way.

Hi. Was wondering if anyone knows where to get a driveshaft carrier bearing for the 2023 zforce 800 trail. (Or any gen2 zforce). It looks like cfmoto wants to sell the entire driveshaft front to back. I've already changed the bearing in it once, and it's seized again. I managed to match up the bearing at a local bearing shop but can't find the carrier. The rubber un it is all melted now from the bearing being seized. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi all,
I have a 21 cforce 400 and have been trying to squeeze all the low end power I can out of it. I've got a clutch kit that helped alot and was wondering what all the secondary positions are. It's at B4 right now. I've also tried B1, and B2 as well. But I don't know what ones will give top end versus bottom end. I don't really care about top speed. Can't afford a bigger machine right now so I gotta make due with what I got and try to get all the power out of it I can.

General Discussion / Clutch compression tool
December 26, 2022, 09:09:28 AM
Was wondering if anyone know the length and any other dimensions to make your own clutch compression tool. I have some threaded rod laying around but not sure how long it needs to be. If anyone has any pics or tips, it would be greatly appreciated
