Good day All!
Got my first CFMOTO second hand and mostly all is well.
One thing I noticed is that I have a fairly prominent clunk in the front end over bumps. Upon inspecting, I've come to the conclusion that the front shock bushings are in need of replacement. CFMOTO sadly shows them as non serviceable. I even wrote to CFMOTO to see if they were the same as another model or something and although they impressed me by writing back very promptly, they had no part to sell me. They mentioned trying a machine shop to match something up, but living in a small town, my one shop didn't have anything to suit my needs. Anyone replace these with something or have ideas? I hate the play in the front end knocking around when I ride. The ones on the EX show as serviceable, but the shocks are different, so I have to imagine the bushings are different too?

Introduce Yourself and Your Ride / CFMOTO 800

Good day, good day All!

CFMOTO noob here, coming from a 2012 RZR800 to a 2019 CFMOTO Trail 800. I had a lot of trouble with the RZR, so I knew when I sold it with 6000km on it, I wasn't buying another one. Doing a lot of reading and research, it appeared that these had a decent reputation and were built with similar intents in mind... Which suited me just fine. Picked a 2019 up with 1200 km on it and my first impression of it so far after a couple of rides is really really good. It is basically stock save for some extra lighting. I've moved the battery to under the seat and have my snorkel kit arriving any day now. Should be fun! Cheers :)
