I had a awful experience today stranded until problem found. 2021 CFORCE 800 w 250 miles. Machine continuously turned on and cut out in the field until I found the issue. Display was having a stroke as well.
The issue was my Auto Fan Fuse located next to the coolant reservoir. A stand alone 40 fuse. It was completely melted and damaged the assembly around it and never blew. Radiator a little dirty but nothing crazy. Machine always runs hot around legs. 4 bars on temp display is normal with very limited mileage. What is the cause of this??? How hot and how quick has always been a concern.
Funny enough the ignition locked up not allowing my key to turn two hours earlier. Had to pull the ignition in the field and inset two small flat heads on sides of interior ignition to get the key to turn. Stranded again until this was fixed. I've never had issues now I am concerned
