I just picked up a brand new 2022 ZForce 950 Sport from my local dealer in Carson City, NV for $8,500. Plus they took my 2020 ZForce 800EX in trade for $5k. Seemed like too good of a deal to pass up. Was there a catch that I wasn't aware of?

ZForce 800 EX, 53 & Trail / Fixed Steering Knuckle (again)

After breaking this several times I finally came up with a good fix. I welded a couple of pieces of metal to the top and bottom of the arm that holds the tie rod.
I've had this in place for about 600 miles now and it's holding strong. This part in my opinion is way under-engineered and should have been made something like this in the first place.
Sorry I didn't plan on posting this because I didn't know if it would work so I didn't take pictures before and during the process but I think you can get the idea. I'm a pretty inexperienced welder but I think I got the job done.
It worked for me maybe it will work for you too. I've seen several posts of people breaking this same part.
