Hey guys,

Just wanted to run this by you all, to see if this sounds right.

I just bought a 2022 ZForce 1000 it's literally 3 months old (from some guy on Facebook marketplace) and the Engine Management Light (EML) has come on.

It seems to be an issue with the brake circuit. Anyways I contacted Quadzilla who are the ones that import/ distribute CFMoto vehicles here in the UK.

I asked if I am covered under warranty and got told that since I didn't purchase the vehicle from a reputable dealer I no longer have warranty. Not only do I not have warranty to fix the EML issue but I essentially have no warranty now what so ever. The thing is 3 damn months old. Am not exactly worried about the brake circuit voltage shouldn't be a difficult fix but what if my engine goes a month down the line...

So yeah does this sound right or should I complain?
