I have a 2020 XC 800 with 475 miles on it. I also have a 2022 Cforce 1000 Overland. The belt on the 800 does not engage until the rpm's get up a bit and then the machine jerks and moves and that happens in high or low and reverse. The 1000 is smooth as silk and that belt engages right away with no revving needed like the 800 needs. Any info would be great. Jim from Vermont.

I have a few CFmoto 4x4's and I love them. I have a 2020 CForce 800 with 475 miles on it and I have changed the oil and filter 3 times so far ( I know it is overkill ). The major issue that just developed is there is lots of noise coming from the engine. Sounds to me like a chain rattle or loud ticking. My dealer adjusted the valves and they were not even out of spec and the oil is full and clean. Everything seems to be as it should be. It is really loud and they agree it is and they have no idea why it started or what it is. Exhaust leak? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks for reading this. Jim in Vermont
